I research the site and really get curious about your app. It seems like something I can buy sometime. But what i didn't like an in a certain way make me mad. Is your Iq test, it seems like a free test and it takes time to finish it. I understand that the Idea is to make a sale but I would love to have at least and approximate or range of my actual IQ.
This site provides elaborate IQ tests and they never give you any of the results or scores - unless you hand them over your credit card information. They dont tell you that they are offering a paid service before taking the elborate test.

Total scamm and fraud! No information, that they are making a trial account, that charges you 38.80€ a month after a week. Also not wanting to give full refund, because their "company" policy! Can't call it a Company, when your main interest is to fraud people!

I know a lot of others are complaining about this website and I have to agree. It cost 8 dollars to buy an IQ test, and once you do it renews your subscription every week, costing you a bunch of money. You can't unsubscribe on the actual app, instead you have to email customer service. As someone who doesn't have a lot of money, this app was very stressful and annoying.

I paid for the IQ Test and then I was charged for a subscription I wasn't aware AND couldn't find on my account on their website. I sent an email in the hope they answer it but I doubt they'll refund me. It's abusive and not transparent at all. It's pure scam, run away of it. I contacted a support that dismissed me saying I signed up for the T&C. Yeah sure.

Brainety scams their customers. They advertise a very cheap fee for a iq test, but in the fine print they add you to there expensive subscription, after the free trial is up, they take a considerable amount of money($70) out of your bank. First off the supposed "IQ" test is fraud and does not accurately measure anything and they fakely certify their test. Secondly they are scammers and will charge you Approx $79.80 after a couple days since your IQ test purchase. I doubt I'Il get a refund.

Paid a ONE TIME small fee on Facebook advertisement to take an IQ test. Now a week or 2 later today they just charged me AUD$58.80 in an unauthorised transaction! Needless to say I have raised a case with Paypal to obtain a refund. What a bunch of crooks! Stay far away from this company!

Same review as countless others who fell for this scam. Paid for a one-time IQ 'test'. Nowhere was stated that this was a 7 day trial period for a subscription, and the fact that this information was missing is intentional. When I complained and asked to be sent a copy of the original sign up marketting page, they sent me something completely different to what was originally promoted.

"Company" is a complete scam. They charge $2 upfront and then a week later charge you $38 and don't even tell you. When you go to complain or get the charge reversed there is no one to talk to and everything is done by email. Typical round robin. Stay away at all costs, company is a complete fraud.

I did my IQ test sunk in like 20 minutes doing my best trying to get a result. I finish the test excited to see what my result is and they have the audacity to ask me to pay for a SUBSCRIPTION. What am I subscribing for? Iq tests? Yeah no one is taking multiple iq tests a month. They didn't even inform me that I would have to pay at the end. Why would they let you do the test just to get you to pay for a garbage subscription? Oh I know why. Sunk cost fallacy.
