1 week ago I made a small purchase on a Facebook advertisement to take an IQ test. It was a one time payment. Then a week later, today, I am suddenly charged $58.80 by the same company for what I have no idea as it was not authorised. I made this payment through Paypal so assumed my money would be recovered from these scammer so I raised a case.

Not even 30 minutes later I receive an email saying that my case has been refused! So either Paypal supports scammers or else I can no longer trust them with making payments any more! The trust factor was the only reason I use Paypal. So now I can no longer trust them I will no longer be using Paypal and will be closing my account with them. Their loss as they would make more than that in fees every week from me. Goodbye Paypal!

Paid a ONE TIME small fee on Facebook advertisement to take an IQ test. Now a week or 2 later today they just charged me AUD$58.80 in an unauthorised transaction! Needless to say I have raised a case with Paypal to obtain a refund. What a bunch of crooks! Stay far away from this company!

Tonight I purchased an online egift card to send to a family member that desperately needed food and other items to survive. Half an hour after order I am still waiting and STILL on hold trying to speak to a human being! How on earth in this day and age can a digital online order not be instant!? Absolutely pathetic and will NOT be doing this again! EVERY other company I have EVER made a digital purchase with has been instant as it should be. Go elsewhere for egift cards!

EDIT - Finally just got through and no help whatsoever. Apparently the gift card team are seperate and are not open until Monday which means that I cannot help my family member buy food as Woolworths have effectively stolen my money! How disgusting! Will NEVER be buying a gift card from these disgusting people again!
