I tried twice to pay a bill with a card and it was declined twice. They can't "see" the declined reason. They told me to check with the bank and the bank dont see a declines from them. Which brandford said it has to be and when they take the card info they claim they cant see the approval or decline right away it takes 24-48 hrs which I've never heard that before
I had a subscription or some KISS items and when I called to cancel I was told I would be receiving an email indicating such. I cancelled on a Thursday and the following Tuesday and daily calls later I was informed today that i would not be receiving an email, THEY DONT DO THAT is what i was told. I will NEVER shop there again and RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM AS WELL.
My first order was great but my second order was awful! I thought I was ordering a collection for $50 plus $21 for delivery. Come to find out I paid $71 for one lighter and $71 for each additional piece on the collection (there's 10 pieces) I didn't see or read anything about paying separately for all them peeve pieces. I thought the $50 was for the whole thing. I cancelled my order and the representative was very rude! Talking over me the whole time until I had to tell him to listen to me in a slightly raised voice. I Will no longer be ordering from this place again and I will let my friends and family know off this crap after I just praised the Bradford Exchange to them. Highly disappointed!
To be honest I wouldn't even give the bradford exchange 1 star but had too in order to write the review. I ordered from them October 2020 x2 reborn dolls, one arrived in December and one was on back order. The one that I received in December was $299.94. I opened it and honestly to my disgust is was no better than something I would buy from the warehouse or kmat absolute thieves! When I saw how cheap this doll was I quickly asked for my money back and to cancel the doll on back order this was $219.94 I received this money in my account in December. I returned this doll was sent by courier and arrived in Ponsonby Auckland 14th December. When I rung them to ask where my money was they tried to tell me it hadn't been processed yet, I then ended up receiving $219.94 from them, this is $80 short from what they owe me, I have rung them so many times that I have lost count. I have been told by three of their call staff that they will return my call that same day and sadly only one of the three did this. THESE REBORN DOLLS ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND HAVE CHANGED TO CHEAP CRAP. They were beautifully well made so many years ago. BRADFORD EXCHANGE JUST PLEASE HURRY UP AND PAY ME MY $80 BACK TO ME I WANT TO BE DONE WITH YOUR HORRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

Today I got a notification from my bank,. That Bradford exchange took out money from my account without me buying anything, it said rewards fee which I never authorized, I'll never buy from these theives again
I bought checks. The charge was $14.95. It wasn't until months later that I discovered that Bradford Exchange was charging me that same amount every month. I called and they said that when I purchased the checks I agreed to a monthly charge of $14.95 for some bogus "Bradford Checks Rewards." I informed the agent that I certainly did not knowingly agree to such a thing. She immediately reversed the 6 months worth of charges. Shame on me for not catching the charrge to my Discover card. It appears as "TBE BRADCHECKSREWARD" if you want to search your credit card statements to see if they've done the same to you.
I have already posted a review. But after that review The Bradford Exchange charged my card AGAIN for the price I paid for the item. After calling my bank and having to get a new bank card, I found out that payments were set up to come out EVERY month. This company is such a scam. PLEASE. PLEASE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I would have given them a 5 before this Christmas. I bought all my gifts through them and have spent $2000+ in the last 12-18 months. I received a wizard of oz Cuckoo clock with 2 busted parts. The customer service person (if you can call it that) said the only thing that could be done was for them to return it. The people I gave it to are in their 80s and I am not there to return it for them. I'm not asking for a new clock without returning this one but that's not possible. They have glued the pieces back on, but I deserve a credit or gift card or something... I have requested to return everything I purchased from them that can still be returned under their policy and have emptied my cart of $800 worth of items selected for next Christmas... don't buy anything from these people
I got a necklace online for my mother for Christmas. However, when I got it, it didn't look exactly like the picture. It honestly looked like something I could get out of a slot machine for 25 cents. You get what you paid for I guess but I paid almost $140 for it.
*Billed for product never recieved.
*Customer service promises to fix the problem. (You will get billed again with threatening letters to take you to court.)
*Cancel the subscription at any time is a joke. (They will continue to send you products you do not want and EXPECT you to pay for them).
*What was supposed to be a positive thing has now turned into a lifetime nightmare. (Credit score may now be affected, had to cancel my credit card because it was on auto pay, and the 5 snow globes in the series has now become 20 or more at $40.00 a pop)... Avoid getting involved with this company.
Ordered a ring one month ago. Tracking information has no information at all. Emailed a few times and no response. No a way to do business

1) Shipped shrink wrapped in the Styrofoam mold. No Box as befitting an expensive collectable. It's the Styrofoam that should be inside a box.
2) Made to be powered by either an AC adapter or 2 AAA batteries. The company DOES NOT provide the adapter and the 2 AAA batteries does not provide enough power to power both the train and the sounds for a significant length of time. Lots of additional $$$ to constantly buy batteries.
3) Called Customer Service and they didn't care.
Don't order the Derek Jeter "cold Cast bronze" glove. It's plastic. The stats rub off right away. Absolute garbage.
I purchased this ring for my mother whom lost 2 of her kids she asked for this ring my sister and myself purchased it for her hoping to give her a good Christmas instead this ring feels like an expensive piece of plastic and you can barely see birthstones!
Called several times, different response each time, when I ordered the gift it was a "guaranteed by Christmas" now ofcourse not arriving until Dec 29th…supervisor could care less and continues to argue that the item I ordered was not a guaranteed item ( I took a screen shot when I ordered)

Absolutely horrible customer service, got hung up on 3 times all because their "Christmas guarantee" does not cover personalized items even though nowhere on their website does it state that a personalized item takes 3 to 4 weeks longer. The manager/supervisor i spoke to was very rude and I will never spend another penny at the Bradford exchange
I ordered a jacket for my Dads christmas present, I ordered a month before christmas and I got an email that it was shipped out on December 3rd and I've called customer service number twice. The first time they said it was on the way and the 2nd time it said my package was lost. They said they can re send it express shipping but I would have to pay for the express shipping. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Very bad service.

Received a personalized item with the spelling mistake. Terrible customer service. Firstly, everytime need to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to be connected to an operator. Been told someone will contact me via 24h. Nothing happened in 4 days. Been told that they can not issue the refund via original payment method (Paypal), only by cheque which needs to be waited for ages and sounds so ridiculous and dodgy. Everything is just terrible starting with waiting times for the item to arrive finishing to customer service.
I ordered the Thomas Kinkade Christmas Train and I paid for 2 day shipping because they said that it was in stock and it was possible. I paid for it and the money came out of my account. What I got in the mail wasn't even close to what I ordered. It was and Elvis train but just one piece. I called customer service and got it mailed back as they instructed. They also said they would refund me for the extra shipping I paid for. It never showed up on my account after a week and a half. So I called back and they said there was "No record" of me getting an refund for shipping and they couldn't refund me but offer me an "in-store" discount of 15 dollars. They also said the train was now back ordered. I will never shop here again and it seemed like a good company. I'm not sure why two people would tell me two different things about my order. I'm looking into getting a complete refund on this. They said it would take 3-5 days to process a refund after the product was cancelled and I after I returned it. This company is a scam.
This bracelet looks beautiful and big on their advertisement. When it came it is sooooo small that I can't even tell the name on the bracelet. The bracelet would be acceptable for a 5 years old girl, but not for a 15 years old (in my case). I am so embarrassed to present this Christmas gift to my granddaughter.
DO NOT ORDER. Article is not worth $25 and I paid $111.32 including tax and shipping.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
