I purchased a Disney Little Mermaid snow globe and it arrived damaged. The shells and decorations on the outside of the globe must have broken off while in transit. I contacted customer service and they responded the next business day telling me to throw away the globe and that a replacement is on the way. Within 5 days the new globe arrived - slightly faster than the original order! Very satisfied with the customer service and response from Bradford Exchange
I ordered a 3 pc set with Christmas Tree, Santa and Nativity scene from The Bradford Exchange. The Christmas tree looked like a tree from the dollar store, the Santa was cheap resin, it was horrible. They look nothing like the photo on the website. I immediately asked for a refund, they gave me no hassle. Sent me prepaid labels and I returned them. I should have taken pics but didn't. Don't waste your time or money. Very disappointed in it. Customer service was great!
Initial order had to be cancelled because their shipping timeline was not accurate, cancelled and placed a new order on an item that would be delivered before Xmas. This order was placed on Dec 1 and on Dec 14 the wrong item arrived. I called and was told that they can ship out the correct product but it would take up to 10 business days to arrive and they were checking if they even had the product in stock. After being placed on hold they disconnected the call. Horrible customer service, horrible experience, I will never shop here again and now I am struggling to get a refund, plus I have to ship back the completely wrong product.
They claim they sent my wife a coin. Never received, so not paid for. They started sending increasingly alarming and escalating price demand letters, leading to threatened Debt Collection Agency. No contact with them by phone, and no answer by e-mail. What a con, in my view!
I ordered a bracelet for my daughter on November 4th 2021, it is now December 10th. Still don't have my item. THIS is a xmas gift and very expensive. Not like I can go out and buy something else because I already spent money on this. I emailed them 2x and have not received any response. Customer service stinks! Will never buy from these people again. I wish I would have come to this site to see the reviews before buying her this. So disappointed in this company.
The Bradford exchange offers free promotion items and then sends invoices. This company is a low level scam trader with terrible customer service.
I have contacted the consumer affairs and found many complaints about this company, which is no surprise.
Cheap, made in China. Not a quality item. It does work so far. 3 or 4 lights only. Just not what I thought I would receive. Should have known when it took 8 weeks to receive it. Also had 2 broken parts. Thank goodness for super glue. I tried to take the same angle picture. But that house is nowhere to be found.
Ordered an item (Nightmare Before Christmas Tabletop Tree). On 9/18/21. Still have not received complete order as of 12/6/21. Emailed THREE times asking for updates to shipping and still have not received a response. They even charged my credit card! I filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. STAY AWAY!
I received an unwanted coin unsolicited. After some discussion about arranging for it to be uplifted I returned the coin. Apparently it didn't arrive. Following several threatening letters I signed a declaration at their bidding stating it had been returned. Four months later I receive notification that recovery action has been initiated. Don't do business with this inept company.
Ordered 2 very nice snowman snow globes in October 2021(over $300), estimated delivery begging of November, then changed to Nov30-Dec 6. Now it's December 5th, they have changed delivery to January 19,2022, which doesn't work for Xmas what so ever.
Also tried to order these same snow globes for Xmas 2020 and had to cancel that order. Unless you order a year in advance, this company will not get you what you need!
I bought an "electric train". $167.00, when it came it was NOT electric, it was completely made of plastic, then they took another $151 out of my account because they said it was "a collection". Total garbage!
I will NEVER order another item from this company. Placed a order for a Son Plaque on September 2,2021 and to this very day, have not received so after 3 months of excuse after excuse, I cancelled it and was able to order a comparable item from another company and will have in 5 days. They kept changing delivery dates on email and postal mail but nothing ever developed from that either. You never reach their customer service but they'll answer in Order Department! (Go Figure?) I'll receive their pamphlets and magazines at least once a week in postal mail but don't receive past order. Wish there was a O star in review but there isn't so rated with the lowest 1 Star. I highly recommend to not trust this COMPANY, believe me, you'll be sorry in the end!
A person pays good money to Bradford Exchange of quality products. But the customer service and supports sucks. This is the worst company for any customer service or help finding an order placed. One star because it is the lowest I can give. My order shows shipped but never arrived and the tracking number shows that a label was created but that is it. That was 11 days ago. Call to customer service not helpful at all and told to wait another six days until they will ship a replacement. Would not budge even though I paid for expedited shipping and the money was already taken out of my account. Avoid Bradford Exchange. They are nothing but thieves.
UPDATE! I called again today after waiting the required 15 days and was told once again I had to wait more time. After going round and round with the service department that answered the phone and again being repeatedly told I had to wait more time I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. I was eventually transferred and I believe the supervisors name was Louis? Anyway he was very helpful and didn't give me the standard "you have to wait" line and processed a replacement for me. We will see if this one actually arrives. If so I will update at that point. I still find it very troubling that I have had to jump through so many hoops to get an item that should have been delivered 18 days ago. I also find it troubling that instead of the person who answers the phone helping me I was repeatedly told to "wait longer". Word to the wise if you call and are stonewalled ask for a supervisor!
UPDATE 2
After along to the supervisor on the 30th and being guaranteed that my item would be delivered overnight yesterday and guess what. No package. So called today and told to "wait". Again went to a supervisor and told by them " we are experiencing delays" and you guessed it WAIT now another 48 hours. Honestly I have never experienced the poor treatment I have received from the Bradford Exchange. Once again my suggestion to anyone is to avoid this company. They will take your money and won't deliver anything they promise. More updates to follow.
Final update. Item finally arrived three days after their promised overnight delivery date. Item is cute but very tiny and looks a little shabbier than their advertised video. I am never using Bradford exchange again after this debacle. I still suggest you avoid them as well
Ordered item. Bradford said need to confirm address. Did that still nothing. Called Bradford said it's in process being engraved. Called again. And Bradford said address needed to be verified which was already. Then called again and they canceled my order. Bad
Ordered 2 plaques for my grand daughters in March, called about 6 wks. Later to see what was going on. Told they were on back order until June. Fine didn't need them until Xmas. Never heard anything from them. I finally called the 3rd. Week in Nov. 2021. Said they would be shipped Nov. 30,2021. Called on this date, won't be shipped now until Dec. 29,2021. What a joke. Called and kept getting cut off. Finally reached someone after 5 hours. Told them to cancel the order. Worst company to order from. Never had this problem with any other place I have ordered from. They are terrible, non caring. I'll never use them again.
I ordered the Honor, Courage and Commitment Sculpture in September as a 50th Birthday gift and was told it would ship out on November 29-30. I call to confirm shipment and am now told it will be January 11 or earlier. The first customer service rep hung up on me and the others had no clue. If I was given updates regarding shipping delays I could understand, but no contact after taking the money. This is ridiculous. I am not sure how this company is still in business.
When I asked the customer service rep for a reference number for the call, she could not provide anything other than the first three letters of her name (which may not be her name anyway). She refused to give an employee id number or even an extension so I could refer to this in the future.
Stay away from this place.!
I ordered a Christmas tree for my sister. She sent me a photo. It was not as portrayed on the website. Dissatisfied.
I bought my mother a ring and all the stones have fallen out. I emailed them after two fell out they never responded then sent a couple more emails about it and still no response and this has been since April 2021. Don't order from them.
These people took 111.52 out my account when I didn't order a damn thing. They are a $#*!ing joke. I want my money back
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
