Bought tickets for a concert in 2021 for $700.00 FOR A CONCERT in 2022. Never received any communication back, what-so-ever. Called "customer service" three times to inquire about tickets since the event is 3 days away. ABSOLUTELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LOUD AND YELLING! TOTAL JERKS! BEWARE!
Their number was listed for ticket sales but it didn't offer seat assignments so I called the number to inquire if I went to box office would I be able to get a seat assignment because of a disability. I was told the box office wasn't open and I could get tickets from box office tickets and they would email my tickets. I was charged $113.0010 hours before concert I still hadn't received tickets so I called and text. I was then told to pick up at box office. Once at box office I was told that yes I could have purchased the tickets there because they had someone at the box office. My tickets showed they were 47.00 and box office ticket upcharged me 3 times the value and lied to me that I couldn't purchase on site. When I called to inquire about why I was lied to they were Rude. They are nothing but a scam!
I know there are a multitude of bad reviews out there but I want to make sure there is an updated platform for more current discussion. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE. I purchased Chris Young tickets for my mom as a Mother's Day gift…. I paid an obscene amount for platinum seating as she cannot stand for that long for the general admission. I knew they were overpriced but they were sold out through the venue so I didn't care about the price. I do not know why I didn't look at reviews first, it was my mistake, I never would have imagined this fiasco. I purchased the tickets in January and the website said the seller was expected to transfer tickets on 5/3 which was the day before the concert. At 8pm the night before, I started to panic as the concert was 3 hours away and we had a hotel room booked and everything. When I called, they told me the seller has until midnight. So I waited. Still no transfer. We called back at 8 am and they told us that the seller was from cali so the time change was 3 hours behind, they asked that we wait until 2pm we did and told us that they will do an emergency report to contact the seller and they guarantee we will get our tickets. We left and drove 3 hours to the hotel. We called Box Office Tickets back at 2pm just to hear "we are so sorry we cannot get the platinum tickets but we can get you general admission tickets". They offered us these two GA tickets for 180 dollars. When I checked the website for the venue, they still had GA tickets for sale for 50 bucks a piece. We basically told them to give us our money back and we will get our tickets somewhere else. They said they will refund us but we will see how that actually goes down. This whole thing has been an absolute mess for my mom and I. Thankfully, I was able to acquire tickets for standing room only and this whole trip wasn't a waste. If the tickets were sold out, we would have been screwed. I hope that no one ever has to go through what we did. Do not buy tickets through these people. They give you the run around and there is no way to ensure you'll get tickets because they do not have "deadline" until the day of the event.

Ticket master's site was temporarily down so we used your site because we knew the show was going to sell out fast. But after a few minutes of buying from your site, ticket master was back up. We checked the price and for the same event, we paid $300 more from your site for seats that are not nearly as good. It seems that the tickets I purchased are actually from a third party but I am not sure about that. If I could return or cancel the tickets I would. I even bought the insurance but it's no good to me because I don't have a legit reason to use the insurance for reimbursement.
So, now I am trying to sell the tickets using tickettocash.com (but my listing is still pending after 24 hours and that is really frustrating!) which I think is a partner site with you. So, BOTS will probably make even more money off me IF I can sell the tickets.
None of this is anyone's fault but my own but somehow I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I will be telling anyone who asks me to not use your service because I feel the buyer's best interest is not of any concern. If I could turn the clock back 36 hours I would tell myself to not make this purchase.
I bought two tickets to Hamilton playing at the Vancouver Playhouse June 4@ 2:00pm. I paid $657.45 US for these seats. I tested positive for COVID on June 3. I immediately emailed Box Office Tickets Sales with the information I could not attend. The Public Health Agency of Canada advises you to quarantine and isolate from others. I tried to get a refund or exchange my tickets and I never heard anything back from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS ORGANIZATION EVER AGAIN!
I meant to do something nice for my son for his 13th birthday. As a single mom I don't have an excess amount of money and had been putting away to do something memorable with him. One of my son's favorite bands are coming to town and I know that he would be ecstatic to go so I sought buying tickets. I Googled the venue to buy the tickets. I found what appeared to be the venues website, identical in every way. It was not until the sale was final and I received the confirmation email that I began to realize I had been misled. I spent $500.00 on tickets for my son's birthday. When I called the number enclosed in the email there was a generic message and then I was placed on hold for an extensive amount of time. Finally, when I reached a representative, she was extremely rude, unsympathetic and very unprofessional. They refused to return the money, stating the tickets are valid and they were already on the way in the mail. She said I could call back tomorrow and ask the manager but she said there's nothing she could do and then proceed to offer to put the tickets back up for re-sale... tickets I don't even have. I have spent countless hours attempting correct the situation and am now having rely on my bank to try retrieve my money back from this company. I will never buy tickets online again. Beware of this company.
I called to order tickets through this website because at first, I thought it was the theater Box Office. I was advised that they were a private seller, but ordered in good faith. I found out later, that they charged twice as much as the tickets were at the theater Box Office. They even tried to slip in a 27% service fee, which I caught and they waived. When I got the emailed receipt, but no tickets, I called to see when I would get the tickets. They advised the tickets would be emailed two days before the event, which is three months away. Afraid that I had been scammed, I called the theater, which advised that the tickets I had been sold were still available. I called back one hour after I ordered, and tried to cancel the sale. They would not.
Since the tickets will not be available for three months, it should not be a problem to cancel the sale, but they refuse. So, I won't know until two days before the event, if I really have tickets or not.
My advice is to never deal with this company.

All tickets are sold through 3rd parties and BOXOFFICETICKETSALES.COM takes NO responsibility for their bad partners. I bought tickets on the site and they don't tell you who you are buying the tickets from until the receipt and the order is final. Then the 3rd company partner can reject your payment for no apparent reason after the order goes through for up to 48 hours... So if prices go up for your favorite concert, the 3rd party seller can reject your order and re list the tickets at a higher price! That's what happened to me 2 days later!
I will NOT be using BOXOFFICETICKETSALES.COM ever again. And I highly DONOT RECOMMEND.

Never got my tickets. They kept telling me that what I saw on my FedEx Tracker was incorrect that the tickets were at the box office. They weren't. Missed the show. Entire day wasted
A band that I know sells out quickly had tickets go on sale. When their tickets went on sale, the Ticket Master website crashed. I was refreshing the site for hours and it never came back up so I thought I wasn't going to be able to get tickets. I looked elsewhere to find tickets and I found Box Office Ticket Sales. I was able to pick my section and row, and their website looked legit. After purchasing my tickets, the Ticket Master website eventually came back up and I found out that I paid 300% more than what they were worth. Box Office apparently takes advantage of people when the Ticket Master website crashes and they jack up their prices.
After a very painful process and less than 24 hours before the show, I did end up getting my tickets, in the section and row I picked, so I'll give them credit for that. However, the person I was sitting next to had a very interesting story for me. A couple of his friends backed out on him at the last second and he had to sell two of his tickets back to Ticket Master. He handed me the paper tickets for my seats and he had never heard of this Box Office Ticket Sales place.
I paid for two tickets five months before his friends decided to back out on him. What would have happened if they could've made it to the show? I would have been without tickets, because this Box Office Ticket Sales place doesn't actually HAVE any tickets, they just resell them.
DO NOT use this website under any circumstances. There is a very good chance you'll end up missing the show you wanted to see.
They sold me tickets twice what I could have got them off website. I immediately called back and they said Customer service would call me and they never did. I have not received tickets either. UGH!
My elderly mother who just finished chemo was told that there were only 4 tickets left in a certain section at a price of $127.50 and the other tickets available were premium at $170 and if she wanted tickets she needed to buy them now. Mind you this is to a concert in February in Anderson, Indiana. She felt scared that she would miss out on the tickets because of what the agent said so agreed to purchase. When she sent me the invoice because we are splitting the ticket price and it was over $600 which is almost double what ticket prices were through Ticketmaster. Currently half the venue is still available and the tickets she bought go for $79 and don't come with a 19.5% service fee which equaled $99. She called for a refund didn't get anywhere. I called for a refund and the lady spoke over me the entire time then hung-up on me. My called a second time after I was hung-up on. During that call she was threatened with a recording of her agreeing to the terms and then hung-up on. Don't work with these people and if you get defrauded like my poor mother who is on a fixed income did, don't be afraid to stop payment, what they did was straight up fraud. Next review is with the better business bureau.

This company is an absolute scam. I purchased 3 tickets for a theater in Chicago a few days ago, today I received and email stating that my "refund was approved" for my tickets. I received a separate email stating that they were not able to fulfill the purchase due to my billing information. I verified my billing information was correct and decided to call their customer service. I was transferred 3 times to get back to the automated answering service, 4th time was a charm. The man who answered by the name of Hazel was initially rude off the bat. I could barely understand him and he was getting annoyed that I kept saying "I'm sorry I couldn't hear you." His explication was that he... SOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. I was utterly confused with this statement and he went on to say "the way that it works is that there are HUNDREDS of people around the world who look for tickets and we cannot guarantee that you will receive them when you purchase them. The person that bought it had their credit card go through so we gave it to him." Excuse me? So their line of business is selling-a-ticket-to-multiple-people,-whoever's-card-get-swiped-first-wins mind set. That is NOT a business, that is not smart, that is not right. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Do NOT utilize their website or any of their services. Absolute garbage.
I bought tickets for a show and not only did I pay a fortune for tickets WAAAAY over face value but the event was suspended and the agent and manager were both horrific and TOXIC. They said I agreed to the terms all sales are final but I also agreed to the date that the show is not on anymore... I advise you NOT to pay one red cent with this company they are SO NOT WORTH IT. On Friday, November 22nd, 2019, we purchased tickets for a May 30,2020 event in Phoenix, AZ.
On April 14,2020 we received an email from Ticketmaster Fan Support stating the event was canceled, and that we should expect to receive a refund in as soon as 30 days. Our contact for the refund was directed to a supervisor (in Nebraska) with 'orders boxofficeticketsales.com'. Since then, I have contacted the supervisor (per his suggestion, and email suggestion) every 3 months to get an update on our refund of 371.94. With each conversation, he has gotten ruder. Today, his push back was to accept a 12 month booking credit for a future event, "120% of my original tickets price paid" vs receiving the original purchase amount credited to the card. We prefer a credit.
No question, COVID-19 has disrupted "normal" and we aren't convinced all will be well in 12 months time.
We all have lived through a horrific 2020, and start to 2021. This is difficult time for most-personally and
Professionally. However, we have also been shown the fractures of many service providers, and the problems within their customer service responses. These experiences will help us choose more carefully in the future.
In the meantime, we will continue to pursue a credit.

Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
