Has anyone received a refund from BoxOfficeTicketSales for a show cancellation due to the corona virus or are they putting me off until i give up?

I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
