Nothing is going to look the same you receive as in the picture, I spent 253 euros and the clothes I received were absolutely disgrace. Very poor quality, not sewn properly. Cheap material. I am very disappointed. I would like to to save others from this online shop. Do not buy anything from there you will be very disappointed with the quality. The pictures on their website are fake.

Poor quality

Delivery time wasnt great and im still waiting for an underwear set, ive no information of where it is or if it is even coming. One of my underwear sets was like wearing a bikini with the material that was used and the clasp fastening on the bra. A christmas jumper dress i ordered and received was nothing like the picture advertised.

Good product - Shipping a little slow

Multiple products on 1 order. 1 item turned out to be unavailable, causing a delay to shipping. 4 weeks.
These things happen. All in all happy with the transaction.
Customer service was OK too, though I did have to follow them up to find out what was happening with my order.

Sizing

Clothes came smaller than expected. Next time I will have to order at least one size larger. The clothes themselves are amazing and just what I had seen online. I wish you could order swim tops and bottoms separately as my upper half is smaller than my lower half. Will definitely be shopping at this site again.

Overall I had a terrible experience. The items took a very long time to arrive, by which time I did not need the items as I ordered them for an event. The items then arrived and looked nothing like I thought they would. I tried to return all items but found it terribly difficult to do so. It was so hard to generate a ticket. Very confusing, especially how you advertise ‘easy returns'. This was far from it. Instead of getting a return the advisor gave me other options to keep the items which I did not want. Finally when I got instructions to return the items - it cost me £30 to return them. An absolute joke and I am quite disgusted by the whole process. I will be telling my friends not order from you. Unless you can refund me my postage for returns.

I've been purchasing lately on Boutiquefeel and So far all the items I've ordered from them are really lovely and the quality of their items are superb. What I like about them is that they also give some great discounts to save you some money with gifts and their customer service is great. Overall, I could recommend Boutiquefeel to my friends! I've always been super thrilled with the products I've ordered off Boutiquefeel as well as the customer service. They are always willing to accommodate any issues (if you have any) or are there to simply answer any questions you might have. This is officially my favorite place to buy top and dresses from since they're of such great value and the prices are honestly unbeatable! Always had good experiences with them.

I ordered 3 items, all the same size. None of them fit, the measurements given on the site were absolutely false. The dress was way too small, the jumpsuit and the pants were enormous. The quality was poor with loose threads sticking out. Nothing was as pictured. Returning the items proved to be impossible, there is no way to connect with a human being. Returning shipping is responsibility of the customer, even for exchanges. Exchanges were impossible because they no longer had the items in stock. The only solution the non-human offered over FB messenger was a 15% off coupon toward my next order, but it had to be redeemed within a week. BE WARNED.

Poor quality cloths

The quality of the clothes is really bad, cheap materials. I got four suits nd i cannot wear any o the office. The quality is extremely cheap.The only thing that made sense were jeans but even then, the quality is not value for money. Do not waste your time buying anything from this site.

Do not order

I fell for this scam. Have been waiting for over a month for my purchased items. This company took my money and has not delivered. I can't even get a valid tracking number. I have messaged them several times and always get "please be patient. Your order will arrive with in 3-5 days" Fraud!

I ordered a top and it came with deodorant stains under each arm. This was obviously a prior return that was resold to me. Absolutely digusting! I'm not going to the post office to return it because of what's going on with the virus I don't think it's worth it but I do want the public to know about this so you can beware before ordering.

Beautiful (But!)

My order was beautiful. But it was 4 times too small for me. I am a UK size 16 and this was more like a size UK 8 or 0. The dressing gown only reached to my bellybutton and i ordered XXL. So unfortunately they are in the bin because i don't know anyone that small to be able to give them to?
Such a shame.

Shoes are pretty but run small

Very easy to shop. Took a long time to get order though. When it arrived shoes were small. K wear 9.5 and got a 41. Should have gotten 42. I has to add more elastic to shoe. Real pain to do. But it would have taken forever to get correct size.

Disappointed

It took a long time to receive items. And only 2 of the 3 were delivered. One of them did not look like the picture so was disappointed. Ordered a small but was still very big on me. Hoping to receive the third shirt soon.

I bought some xl sized lingerie and the boob area looks like a 12 year old might be able to wear it! Everything is extremely small! Xl Looks like it might fit someone who weighs 100lbs. So disappointed!

Return policy

I really do love my products. But the pants were too long and too big in the waist. And there's no return policy. At least if I could exchange them for another dress or shorts would be awesome. But your return policy isn't that great

Worst quality clothing

Worst quality of clothing ever! Don't shop at the site. I received all items within the time frame; however, one item looks like a pillow case; another item said it was green and it actually looks like diarrhea. I wore one dress and it ripped. The company refused to accept a return. You can only speak through a chat and it takes 24 hours or so for someone to get back to you, so unless you're on the chat the whole time you won't know if someone responded. I do not recommend purchasing anything from the site. It is not worth the money, quality or the customer service.

Shipping takes a LONG time

The clothes are coming from China, so it takes a long time to arrive. 75% of my items were also on backorder, so they never shipped at all. I ended up shopping at amazon.com come with 1-day delivery instead.

Horrible Service
August 6, 2022

Purchased for graduation on May 30th, never receive a confirmation nor receipt. This dress delivery was 3-5 business days. Dress did not arrive until June 17th the day of my graduation during graduation. Poor customer service, don't expect info if you contact support.
