Terrible service and product do not use this website. It cost me a fortune to return these products and they have said they don't know when the money will be refunded. The products were not at all as depicted on the website. Not sparkly no sequins. Just cheaply printed and very cheap material and bare badly made items. Would never use this website again
Christmas Gift for my daughter. She picked it out. This is not my kind of store. No communication from site after my initial order. Package took quite a while to arrive and it just showed up. I keep trying to get rid of these emails I keep receiving, but I cannot find a place to unsubscribe.
The items came in two separate packages but took a couple of weeks to arrive. The quality is very poor, cheap material, badly made and not a good fit. All were small and you would need to order a couple of sizes bigger but I really would not bother. The returns process is not simple and not paid for so its hardly worth it. These will go directly to the charity shop and lesson learnt!
I ordered 2 dresses and a play suit. They arrived and look nothing like the pictures, the colours are different; the material is awful and they're just a terrible version of what's advertised. To make matters worse if you want a refund you have to cover the cost of the return and it can only be recorded Royal Mail, absolute scammers!
I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/5/2018. Processing took multiple days and then the tracking stopped on 12/13/18. Once it leaves the boutiquefeel facility they no longer are able to track. I am perfectly fine waiting for my items however, nearly a month without the ability to track the item is unacceptable. When I contacted the company, they simply say be patient. I will not be ordering from them again. I can not comment on the quality of the item as I am still waiting for any sign of my shoes still on 12/27/18.
It took a while to come but most were too small. I am a 12-14 and most were size 8, maybe 10 at a push. There should be more sizes.
Also the garters were not fit for purpose because they were firstly too small, but secondly, they were made badly so the suspender elasticated bits pulled the waist down which looked ridiculous. I had to chuck out half the items!
It was good. But I have to see products and how quickly they arrive. Thanks
I received the other one order today, two pairs of shoes and a dress, very pleasant surprise, good quality.
In summary: good quality, best customer support, huge assortment and of course I will order more items over boutiquefeel.
I would highly recommend here any day when one wants to purchase fashionable clothing to shoes. I mostly buy bikinis because their quality is good, the sizes are also accurate plus they have a size guide which is helpful. The prices are affordable and shipping also does not take long. The customer service is also exceptional.
I needed to return or receive credit for an item I purchased and my request and correspondence have gone unanswered. So if you don't want to get stuck with items you can't return, buy somewhere else. You've been warned.
I thought I would have been delighted with this bargain but it's true what they say "buy cheap buy twice"the quality of the dress I received isn't great at all. I won't be able to wear this dress ever.
Experience very disappointing t shirt blouse not as i expected very large material not good i asked how to return it but had no reply so ended up keeping it now in a drawer probably give to charity shop
Last time I placed an order the dress was too big and although they said I could get a refund they would only give me 20%. Hoping one more time will be better experience but it was the same thing, only 10% would be refunded. I would never purchase anything like shoes for this reason.
Items were as advertised, sizing is a bit on the larger side and noticed one of the lace tops was not sewn correctly and will need to be fixed. However I was still excited to receive the product as they re rare to find in store.
The worst company ever! Do not order from them! I had ordered some items in April and now in June and still have not received anything with express delivery! I've emailed the company several times and they provide a bs tracking number that's not even valid
They have a wide range of products. Great overall quality. And decent prices. I order from this site a lot and always receive compliments from the funky things I order. They are always having sales. And good customer service too. It's becoming my favorite place for fashion! I'd recommend this store to all fashion shoppers
Very good I really love this website. But had problems with processing the order. The dress didn't come in the color I wanted as pictured but I guess that was my fault for not researching every detail about the dress. Other than that I would definitely recommend this site, just do your research before ordering.
Shipping took a really long time. One bra strap broke while putting it on for the first time, and one of the panties waist line isn't a stretchy material, making them hard to pull up and tight-fitting. But they are cute and I'll definitely wear them!
The payment and delivery were great however the product was disappointing. The colour is more of a mushroom nude rather then grey. It's very thin and see through and the trousers have a really low crutch that doesn't look flattering at until you fold it up but then you have jack ups.
There are many good reviews which is very surprising. All the items I ordered hardly looked like the images shown and very poor quality fabric. I returned all I think 10 items. Customer service was inconsistent and had to return the order at my expense $82. I did receive a PARTIAL refund.
Bought a cute bra set and the top is at best an A cup, useless, not what they advertised at all. It's the last set I ever buy. And of course no refund or return on these items. Do better with the sizing and the models you use to sell the clothes should reflect the actual cut of the clothing.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
