Pleasant, items came reasonably quick. I was happy it wasn't a total fail being that they shipped international. And usually sizing is not accurate, its a hassle wen you have to try and return, but these worked out well.

I am happy with most of my order.
I was worried about ordering on line from abroad as I'd had previous bad e oeriebce eith orders from China which I never received.
Fortunately all arrived after 5-6 weeks from order date.
All reasonable priced and a bit different to what you see in the high street shops. Sizes are hit & miss but most items fit perfect.

Overall very happy.

Products aa advertised. Delivery (to Sweden) could have been faster as my package got held up for almost a week in Holland after it had cleared customs for no apparent reason. CNE Support helped me resolve it though so overall it's a 4/5.

My items that I ordered were scratchy and poorly made. The baby doll nighty didn't even have a hem sewn into the bottom. I tried to return them but since it's lingerie I only got 15% back. (Grand total of 3.15$) they also didn't fit me at all.

Some are able to purchase cheaper materials and look great in them where others can't pull it off.

As any of these overseas company you aren't sure what you'll receive.

2 items I liked a lot and 3 were eh, I'll prob wear one or it may sit in my closet….

There are no instructions for returns or a label so whatever you buy I guess you're keeping.
I have a dress here that is way too big so it's a shame.

Overall give it a try, if you don't like don't buy from again. I've learned.

Your advertising is false! & Shame on you for being scammers. I don't even know why you bother with these surveys knowing damn well your cheapy products are over priced the way they look and this "boutique" is not afraid to send garbage like that.

Waited over 6 weeks for a black dress in size medium, that wouldn't even fit my young children. It was so tiny. Nothing like the picture, cheap see through material. The worst purchase I have made. I will never use this site again

Shopping is as easy as any online store. Sizing is always a hit and miss with anything ordered online though. Some things fit just right and others are like who took measurements? It's the exact (supposed) size yet the L fits like a small. Surely they would have a standard for what is considered (western) sizes? Shipping takes forever. Almost a month to receive items is a long time in today's global connected shopping networks. Overall not completely wowed by the products or services, and yet I can't completely be disappointed either. What we ordered is decent but then again it's not like it will be worn often or regularly, so quality vs value can't be judged. Overall a middle of the range star rating.

Everything fit perfectly except one outfit was not true to size but it's just too much work and hassle to send back. Other than that one piece I'm happy with everything else! I do wish shipping wasn't so long but I live in Canada so at times it takes a little bit longer!

I wouldn't ever shop here again, products are all very cheap or poorly made.
The returns policy makes its very uneasy to send anything back so now stuck with £70 worth of clothes that are fit for nothing but the bin in all honesty

Product took almost a month to come.
From overseas. I did not know that. Also it said if you buy 2 get 3rd free but at checkout it charged all 3rd. Plus charged delivery of almost $12.00. I would never order from this website again.

I've never been one to shop from sites suggested by Instagram, but i honestly like the clothing from Boutiquefeel better than most things I've gotten from Fashion Nova. Shopping is a little slow but the customer service reps are very nice and helpful.

The jeans do not fit and I have found it extremely difficult to find out how to return for an exchange or refund. I have submitted a request via the website however received no reply, this was over a week ago!

I then receive an email asking if i have received my order and what the experience was! No mention of are you happy with the order? Would you like to refund or exchange?

I bought this really cute romper, buuuutttt it ended up not fitting. Sizes are not what they seem by the way. I got a large and it seemed like an extra small! Well, I had sent it back. It's been over 2 months now and no refund no nothing. I have contacted customer support and they told me they can't really do much about it. I will NEVER buy anything from this site again.
Anyone who does, please be cautious.

Product is great, fits well but the flap at the back is the wrong size and the wrong colour! It's too small so it looks stretched, not a very good finish.
Please can you send a piece of fabric that's the same as the pyjamas and I will make my own. Thank you

Items smaller the graph states but very nice quality so you let yourself down there. Stocking are cheap nasty and not worth purchasing. I purchased alot of thongs in this order and would have purchased more as quality is good on clothing but truely can't trust your sizing chart so not going to bother purchasing again. Only one of my items was true to size

The item is amazing and fit perfect. All though was told 5 to 7 business days. It took 6 almost 7 weeks to arrive. I emailed and they got right back with me. Very polite, asked if I want to cancel or wait a bit. I waited and very much worth it. With all that's going on I understand about stuff being delayed, you can't control the mail. I love it, I will be ordering again real soon. Thanks guys it's awsome
