When ordered not true to size and very cheap material. Received order 3 weeks later. Asked for a full refund bc of the size and they didn't respond back till 3 weeks later and said they cannot refund the order because it's been more than 14 days. Never again will purchase from here.

The shirt I got

The shirt I got in size XL was small. Fits more like a Medium. The material is cheap. Not good quality at all. I called the # on the website to start the return process... the lady that answered spoke very little english. I didnt understand her and just politely hung up. Honestly I will never wear it

Still not received!

I still haven't received one of the items I ordered. I do not want to return the other items until I receive the final one as I don't know if it will be suitable or not but I am concerned that you are going to tell me I am outside of the refund period. The communication from you has been awful, it's very hard to get an update and even the items I have received took longer than expected. Yet despite all this, you were very quick to take my money. Extremely disappointing.

Very satisfied

Excellent value for money, hands down. Was a bit nervous about the delivery time as it was a Christmas purchase, and it got delayed by a couple of days, but arrived on time eventually. Would definitely recommend and will shop again.

Disappointed

This was my first on line shopping and I have admired this shirt design for a period of time, as I loved the front and sleeves as well as how long and flowing they look in the picture. The arrived and are square shaped and quite short. I have tried to return them but can't find the numbers that they wanted so will just cut my losses this time

My favorite website! Customer service is great. There clothing is really good quality and great prices for each and every piece of clothing. Wonderful shipping process, everything always comes fast and they have free shipping when you spend a certain amount.

These items all took quite awhile to get, I even had to change my address in the middle of the order, but the communication was good and everything eventually arrived. For the most part the sizes fit. Overall, I am pleased.

Adventure in the Bedroom

Got my wife some outfits and overall they are very nice. A couple of the items were way too small. Not sure if that was a packing issue. Package said the size I ordered, but the outfit was way too tiny.

Wish shipping times were faster, especially for people who have made many purchases. In this case, one of my items was delayed in shipping, and I was only notified of this and offered the ability to have everything else ship(and wait for that one item) after I inquired about it. Companies should be proactive about things like this.

Bad, Bad, And just flat out BAD!

The dress did not look like the picture at all! I'm sorry, but I will never order from this place again! Totally unsatisfied with the dress I received. It looked like someone took their curtains and made a dress real quick.

Site days 14 days but Customer service says 7.? What the hell is wrong with you people. No return business from me!

Never ever anymore

Ordered Xmas jumpers on the 8th of Dec…received after Christmas, they will be fine for next Christmas.
No information on delivery time, useless tracking, customer service staff nice but useless unfortunately.

I ordered several items for my wife for Christmas. Although the order took quite a long time to arrive, it finally made it. The quality, for the most part, is okay. Stuff is not too expensive so, as they say, you get what you pay for. One of the dresses however came and had a ruined elastic band and no tags (CLEARLY WORN AND USED BEFORE). I went back and forth with emails to customers service and all they finally offers was 30% off my purchase price. I told them I either want an exchange or a refund and it has been 3 days now with no response. Buy somewhere else with a more reputable company where they back their products and put the customer first.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter. That was middle of April. Mailed/billed April 17th. Last update was April 23rd when product was " on its way to JFK". Have contacted boutiquefeel 4 times and Been told"sorry but it should be a couple more days"... still on its way to JFK? 2 months now after they've been paid and still no shoes and only computer responses... Do not purchase from them. They obviously don't respond to customers after the sale is complete.

I bought with them once, the piece was not comfortable. They keep sending commercial emails and there is no way to unsubscribe as it just doesn't work. I contacted support, they said they removed me, I still received mails from them. I emailed them, and again they said they will remove me from mailing list in 2-3 days, week after they still sending me emails. Avoid.

I ordered 4 shirts, and they are not true to size, the quality of all four shirts are the worse I have ever purchased. One shirt was 100% defective! White threads are sewn in the shirt. And I understand we have to pay for return shipping? I hope I get a full refund!

Website had odd payment and shipping pages, very confusing. Took way too long to verify if I shipped it to different address from billing address. Should be clear and simple to avoid frustration. The package ended up going to me and not the person I was sending them to. Oops!

The site is well built and the clothes fashionable, but nowhere did it give any indication that the clothes shipment would originate in China and take 3.5 weeks to arrive. And when they got here, the size (L) did not fit. It was closer to an American (S) or (M).

Tried items on and am normally a medium but went for a large and they didn't even button up. Attempted to return them but was basically told that it would cost me too much t9 send back as I live in UK but would have to send items to Canada.

Their products have tons of photo reviews from a super positive and diverse community, making it easy for me to assess the product so I get the sizing right every time. The quality of their dresses is phenomenal, i been so pleasantly shocked with the feel of the product. Especially because the prices are so competitive. Shopping is easy (especially on the App), and they get new product in so frequently there's always new items to wishlist. I live in usa and their free shipping is quite quick (1-3 weeks). Absolutely one of my favourite online shopping experiences. I've got my friends all hooked, I would recommend this company a hundred times over, so nice for me! Love this brand.
