Very long wait for delivery considering the charges and am happy with my purchase but I won't be ordering again simply due to the lengthy wait for my order plus the cost of postage. Unfortunately this has put me off ordering in the future
I order stripped pants and two shirts. First of all it took more than a month to deliver and once they got here I noticed the quality of thia close is super cheap and not even close to what they have on their website
As like with everything coming from China it's a hit and miss with sizes and quality some items were great really good quality some items completely no go. Long delivery over a month but I took this to consideration so was prepared to wait
I ordered a top that I expected to look like the one I saw on your website. It was too tight to wear, not nearly as loose as the photo. You should state what size the model is wearing and what her measurements are.
Received my product, very disappointed with the sweater! Too big fit my husband and he is 250 lbs. I am 140 lbs. ordered a medium size what I normally wear! Material very cheap no labels and can't really tell the front from the back!
The site is fine and the prices fair for what you're getting. However the shipping took forever. Maybe this was because of covid so I won't be too mean, but when something takes a month and a half to arrive it can be annoying.
Shipping took a bit, my 5 packages were stuck in a city for 3 days after waiting weeks to get a tracking number. I was able to track the last week of the order.
Be generous with your sizing, because the mediums aren't consistent.

I placed an order on 5/8/20. I've been waiting over 6 weeks and the only thing I've received is excuses about the port, the shipping dock, etc. I requested a refund and was told it wasn't possible because the items have already been shipped. There's no way to verify this because the tracking number they provided is invalid. Total waste of time and money.
The entire shopping experience on Boutiquefeel was fast, easy and something I will definitely be doing again in the future. Delivery took under one week. The quality of clothing I bought was very high for the price.
I did not even get a confirmation email that I am getting the package or when I will receive the package, only after I wrote to PayPal and wanted my money back I received a confirmation of shipment from you. I find your acting very rude and thought you want to cheat on me, in addition, I don't need this package anymore because it should be a present and it has to be sent back. You didn't prepare anything for me except work.
It took over a month for my purchase to arrive. When it did the shoes smelled terrible. For a pair of tennis shoes the entire bottom is made of plastic, not rubber. They are very cheaply made. Not sure I will order from this company again. It's a shame because the picture of the shoe is super cute but the reality was very different.
Was worried it was another shady Chinese website that sends you fake tracking info, or different products and claim they sent the items.
But it's legit. And the tracking info is updated.
And they even follow up if you received the items or not.
Well, I only have 1 transaction so far. I'll have to buy more to see if it's consistent.
Still, it was a good experience.
Delivery took longer than expected and while I loved the dress, it was too small. I couldn't find anywhere on their website to print out an exchange slip or start the exchange process -- I had to use their "reply usually within 24 hours" chat feature. I was informed the return/exchange window had closed and that they couldn't help me. I explained the situation and that I liked the dress but needed a size that would fit, and politely requested an exception. The customer service rep repeatedly refused and now I'm stuck, never to shop at Boutiquefeel ever again.
I ordered 3 items over a month ago and just received 2 items. I emailed them to find out why the delay and was told one item was out of stock.
They finally sent me 2 items after I told them not to hold my order due to one item not being in stock. The shoes were to small, the dress was to big, I will keep them and try to resell myself as it's not worth the hassle to ship it back overseas. They do need to inform customers that the company is in a far away country and shipping takes very long before people purchase.

I may not have thoroughly understood the size of the products I ordered. I believe they were on sale and appeared to be in limited supply so I may have rushed without completely looking into that part. I went with the size I've purchased before on similar items from other shops.
Their sizing was way off. Garment was very small. They offered several times to give a partial refund. I pleaded for a full refund each time. I had to pay to ship something back that was 2 sizes too small. I know my size. I read their chart. Terrible experience. Do not ever shop here. Horrible experience.
Give me rating at about 2/5. I originally placed an order it two weeks for the CSR to let me know that the product I ordered was out of stock so she let me exchange it and they sent me the wrong product. It's not something I'm willing to go through again
Browsing the site was not an issue, however, after placing my order, I never received a confirmation code. I had to keep going back to the website to check on my status, which by the way was very annoying to see that my product sat in China for over 10 days. I never received my outfits on time for my trip and I ordered it a month prior to. I even paid extra for shipping!
My products seem to have been poorly made and looked cheap. They were nothing like the pictures. The material wasn't what I thought it would be. But I will purchase something else hopefully I have a better experience.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
