I ordered a xl, which is the size I would order for a coat, it was 2 sizes to big. Tried to return but said that I never purchased anything to return. Emailed customer service and was told they could give me 10% money back and keep it. What am I to do with a coat that I can wrap around me two times.
II received one item so far, but thought it would be a little faster odered on October 28th, 2022 and spent $290.28 and have not received my order. I order 11 items.

The dress is nice but, the shoulders were designed incorrectly so instead of being off on shoulder with the strap, the strap was put on almost like an after thought so doesn't work at all with the neck of the dress. I'll need to take to a seamstress and have it removed in order to wear the dress…
Sizing was easy and accurate when you put the models credentials on the description and showing what size they are wearing. My wife is the same size as one of your lovely models which made it easier

The sizes aren't very correct, normally I would fit something that was a large on this site but it was too big, and bc of my own mistake I didn't know any information I needed to return them.
The prices are great...because the product isn't made of fabric. It's more like PVC and looks terrible in person.
