Xmas gift for my daughter. Arrived 1/5/21. She hates it says the material is crunchy like a costume and due to the cut not the size she cannot get them on. Mortified.

Shopping online is always a gamble. Half of my order was great! The other half was a bit disappointing. But the shipping timing was very good, and the items weren't too expensive so I didn't mind taking the "online gamble".
Top wasn't what I expected. Fit was off. The design on the top was a decal and not nearly as vibrant or detailed as was shown. The "dip" at the bottom front of the top was more severe than in the photo. The package was held up in customs but can't blame boutiquefeel for that. I don't think I will purchase again though. What I received was not as pictured.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
