Bought in early december and didnt receive until AFTER christmas. When we did receive it, the materials of the items were not comfortable or something you would want to wear more than 5 minutes for sexy time. Also, my wife looks like the thin models shown wearing them, but even so, the sweater is way to baggy with baggy shoulders and arms. The models most likely are using a clip in the back that you can't see to make the sweater form fitting and you couldnt wear it out at all because it's more like a long sweater than a sweater mini skirt. Just overall dissappointed

Lovely clothes on the website, but when it arrived I wasn't very impressed. My top (it small didn't go over my head, which was a small) I wanted to send some item's back, to find our that I wouldn't get a full refund on my goods, I would have to pay extra for postage and package, then send a photo to customer service's to prove that I've sent it. I wouldn't have the guarantee it would have been shipped back to Germany. I decided to take the 20% refund

It was difficult to find a face mask ornament in December 2020, so I was thrilled to find Boutiquefeel's Santa wearing a face mask ornament still in stock in early December. Unfortunately, Boutiquefeel promised delivery before our family was scheduled to leave town for Christmas, but they didn't come through. Everyone received a "2020" ornament except my daughter-in-law because Boutiquefeel didn't deliver it as promised. It was a BIG disappointment. It arrived a week after Christmas after we had returned home from my son's house.

The face shield fogged up instantly even though it stated that it was anti-fog. Also the packaging was very poor. Should have been shipped in a brown cardboard box, instead of a white envelope pack. Internal boxes were smashed.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
