Not a bad shopping experience but once products received was not impressed with the quality

No communication, no shipping tracking, shipping time very long

Bought in early december and didnt receive until AFTER christmas. When we did receive it, the materials of the items were not comfortable or something you would want to wear more than 5 minutes for sexy time. Also, my wife looks like the thin models shown wearing them, but even so, the sweater is way to baggy with baggy shoulders and arms. The models most likely are using a clip in the back that you can't see to make the sweater form fitting and you couldnt wear it out at all because it's more like a long sweater than a sweater mini skirt. Just overall dissappointed

Some of the size help says waist and hip but it doesn't make a difference if it's lower waist or hip. Also, some of the clothes are very tight.

Lovely clothes on the website, but when it arrived I wasn't very impressed. My top (it small didn't go over my head, which was a small) I wanted to send some item's back, to find our that I wouldn't get a full refund on my goods, I would have to pay extra for postage and package, then send a photo to customer service's to prove that I've sent it. I wouldn't have the guarantee it would have been shipped back to Germany. I decided to take the 20% refund

A good experience, lots I wanted to get e.g. Christmas dress, new underwear there was more that I wanted to buy and had to restrict myself!

It was difficult to find a face mask ornament in December 2020, so I was thrilled to find Boutiquefeel's Santa wearing a face mask ornament still in stock in early December. Unfortunately, Boutiquefeel promised delivery before our family was scheduled to leave town for Christmas, but they didn't come through. Everyone received a "2020" ornament except my daughter-in-law because Boutiquefeel didn't deliver it as promised. It was a BIG disappointment. It arrived a week after Christmas after we had returned home from my son's house.

Delivery was too long, quality was bad and price was expensive and not worth it

The face shield fogged up instantly even though it stated that it was anti-fog. Also the packaging was very poor. Should have been shipped in a brown cardboard box, instead of a white envelope pack. Internal boxes were smashed.

When I ordered this jacket, I was excited since I expected a tweed coat to come in the mail. I was surprised to receive a thin, laser printed blazer. I am keeping it because I still like the pattern, but very disappointed.

Great product - took a while to arrive but worth waiting for as it turned out.

I purchased my items knowing it can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. But one I receive my items I love it.

Great shipping time and nice website however the product I received wasn't that great. Seemed very cheap and not at all what I was expecting.

Fine website and all, but too slow delivery and way too many spam-mails.
-I was expecting the package to come, maximum a week after the purchase. What am i to do, with a christmas item by January?

The product is absolutely diabolical, nothing like the picture. The material is rubbish. I will never fall for your site again.
