I recieved the incorrect size for my item. I had to pay $5 for a return to get the correct size. "Okay?" I thought. I sent it back with my proof of payment. I received my new, corrected size item. It had stitching errors on BOTH sides. It looks awful. Exchanged over 20 emails, due to confusion from them. They kept telling me that I can't send back the item and recieve a new piece but they can refund me 20%, and then they changed it to 50%. And then they told me they would send a new item after I sent it back a SECOND time. Paying $6 now. I sent them my proof of return for the second time and they send me an email saying they have issued a refund. What the actual $#*!. Just no.

One Item was separated while waiting for certain stock to refill but everything arrived so thats a plus. Was hoping for items to show up before Christmas but was understandable during Covid times. Most items where very nice except one item that fit the lady kinda weird. Besides that all the other items where really nice.
Payment was a pin but finally got it done.
The plastic mask was misleading, therefore I was disappointed I really looked forward to wearing it out it looked as if it was silk it looks beautiful as an advertisement.
Good delivery time, but some of the articles are too small.

I placerad my order on 17 December and received the package om 11 January, am used to quicker delivery. Was very dissapointed in most of the products quality, material and fitting. Only 1-2 of 8 was satisfactory or really nice.
