Not happy at all. I received no confirmation in my email of my order. Now you want my to give feed back on shipping experience and I have no order.

I will never shop here again and will make sure everyone I know will not either. I was charged and sent an item I did not order. One item they did not send and instead sent me 2 of one of them. I asked for a refund and was refused.

I ordered a pair of boots in size 7.5. When the boots arrived, they were beautiful and of good quality, but were not a UK 7.5. As they were far too tight l tried to return them, and that is where the fun began... I was offered a 10% refund if l kept the boots. I refused as the boots were of absolutely no use to me. The offer was then upped to 30% and theñ 50%. I accepted this just to put an end to the whole thing. I received the refund quite quickly, and gave the boots to a charity shop. I was however still considerably out of pocket. I only received half the price of a pair of boots l couldn't wear, also the postage wasn't included in the refund - so altogether, l lost out to the tune of about £19. This company needs to drastically improve their returns policy. I wouldn't dream of buying from them again

Opened the package and everything looked extremely cheap and when I put it on the fabric was itchy and rough on my skin

Delivery was fairly quick and no hassle with the tracking information provided

Browsing the site was not an issue, however, after placing my order, I never received a confirmation code. I had to keep going back to the website to check on my status, which by the way was very annoying to see that my product sat in China for over 10 days. I never received my outfits on time for my trip and I ordered it a month prior to. I even paid extra for shipping!

Too long if a wait for my order. No products received to review in over a month and a half

It took a very long time to arrive (2 months) and the fabric of the jacket I bought is not the best quality but totally satisfied with the rest

I got size 11 shoes and they said 43 on the shoe but they were size 9 at least I told them I wanted to return them but they only wanted to give Me 10 percent discount

I ordered 3 items over a month ago and just received 2 items. I emailed them to find out why the delay and was told one item was out of stock.
They finally sent me 2 items after I told them not to hold my order due to one item not being in stock. The shoes were to small, the dress was to big, I will keep them and try to resell myself as it's not worth the hassle to ship it back overseas. They do need to inform customers that the company is in a far away country and shipping takes very long before people purchase.
Still waiting on my shirt!

Flowers were lovely and a good price what was disappointing was I paid for next day delivery and they weren't delivered next day I complained and never received a response

I have emailed them 11 times to cancel my order, they just keep saying that my order will be shipped soon. It's been 5 weeks and they still haven't replied, cancelled the order, sent a refund or even shipped the order I'm trying to cancel.

Love to check out as a quest, like going up the high road from my sitting room 😘
