Ditto all the other reviews. STAY AWAY! Extremely poor customer service. I was shocked at their untimely response to my email inquiries about an order. When I finally did get a response, they were very rude. I do most of my shopping online and this is the first company where I had such a horrible experience. This is also my first negative review. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. They will not be in business long I'm sure!

Ditto all the other reviews. STAY AWAY! Extremely poor customer service. I was shocked at their untimely response to my email inquiries about an order. When I finally did get a response, they were very rude. I do most of my shopping online and this is the first company where I had such a horrible experience. This is also my first negative review. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. They will not be in business long I'm sure!

Typical scam website. Placed my order and was billed immediately. Never received merchandise. Zero customer service i. E. answering service. Sites like this border on the fringes of fraud and really should be illegal.

I got caught too. Said they sent me a shipping notice, but why then oh why did I not receive it? It has been 3 months of promises and now the emails come back as 'UNDELIVERABLE'. Hmmmmm. Looks like it is time to submit a claim to my credit card company.
Just another dispute added to my list. Golly, if it wasn't for destructive critters, criminals and companies that cause me grief, life would be nearly perfect!

I ordered a video in February, and waited one week. I emailed them asking where it was, they emailed back said it was shipped March 1st, asking that I wait 14 business days. 14 business days was almost two weeks ago. Now I have no choice but to dispute this with my bank. Terrible business.

As per the other reviews here - BorderCuts appears to be either a scam or just a grossly incompetent website. Ordered an item, did not ship, replacement item did not ship, promised refund not processed.

Filed complaints with credit card company and BBB of S Florida (which, by the way, has an "F" rating [as bad as you can get] for BorderCuts).

Ordered a video 4 weeks ago and never received it. Repeated emails about not getting video went unanswered or just gave me the runaround. Finally 1 month later and 11 emails and they say their vendor is unable to locate the package and unfortunately, the item is now out of stock.
Give me a break! Worst online company I've ever dealt with.

They wasted 3 weeks of my time while they took my money and never shipped the product I ordered. They only responed to me emails after I threatened a charge back on my credit card. Don't be fooled by there low prices, as far as i'm concerned this company is running a scam. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a book that never shipped even though they had long since charged my credit card. After several emails they agreed to send the book again. The second book never arrived either. They said they would credit my account, but they never did. They promised to try crediting the account again, but still nothing. Finally they promised to mail me a check. That was more than 2 weeks ago, and the check has still not arrived. They have also stopped responding to my emails.

They never made good on the purchase or a refund. We waited 2 months, with numerous emails, to get service and nothing! Would never use this website store again!

BEWARE... Do not order from Bordercuts.com! They are running a scam. Charged my credit card immediately. After 3 1/2 weeks I had not received my order. They said they had no tracking number for it and could not tell me where it was. Customer service was horrible and no help at all. They said they are going to give me a refund after all of my patient waiting, but I am not holding my breath.

I ordered a book over a month ago and still have not received it. I have email the company twice and contacted my credit card company. I will NEVER use this company again.

I have the same situation as Tina P.
Except I ordered mine back in September and I have at least 20 correspondence with them. Their names: Sandra, Eileen, Patricia Kingcade and another person names James who was very very rude on the email, only later apologized that he got the wrong person.

To think he was writing that to another customer?

It is now December and I still haven't seen my refund. They did say they will mail me a refund check to my billing address. I guess "that got lost in the mail as well".

Never never never and never buy from this website. You will only lose your money.

This website has to be a scam... placed my order on 9/13/10 showed immediately that my order shipped. I never recieved a shipping confirmation email like the swear they sent. After a month, I started contacting them though email. Yeh, they are nice in sending a response saying it will reship, then three emails sayign I will get a refund. Yeh, almost two months later and I still have no product or no refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a hot air popcorn popper and they had the best price. My experience was very similar to the worst ones here, although I did get the product, finally. After 10 days, I contacted them and got that same old story, to wait until 14 days. On the 15th day I contacted them by email and was told they would look into it. I requested tracking info and never got it. After a few more days, I emailed back and threatened to contact my credit card company for a refund, as they charged my card one day after the order (sound familiar?). I got the rudest email repIy I have ever received from a retailer. I responded saying that I was not going to let this go, follow through was going to be a priority for me. Two days later, I received the popcorn popper - it was sent overnight mail from Amazon!

Midway between the time I ordered and received my merchandise, my credit card was compromised. Two items were fraudulently charged on my card. I have no proof that this company was responsible, but the coincidence is very suspicious. This outfit is running a scam, and if you are strong enough you will receive your shipment, but I suspect some people are not following up and either do not get their order and they don't get their money back.

This is the biggest SCAM WEBSITE, I have ever encountered! Against my better judgment I decided to place an order at bordercuts.com for an item that is impossible to find in stock on most websites. The Wii game "My Fitness Coach" was out of stock at Amazon.com (a REAL legit site, that I LOVE), so I did a Google search for sites with this game and Bordercuts said they had it in stock at a great price of 15.00, while the only other site that had it was trying to charge 40 bucks. So after a quick search of bordercuts.com name, I saw that they did not have the best reviews. Still, I purchased from the site, and when I did the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I was sent a confirmation email, that stated I would receive a shipping email with a tracking number in a day or two. Four days passed, and no further communication. Well, I have no patience to wait for weeks and months as other reviews stated they had. So, I called everyday for four days. I got their phone number from my credit card company's transaction log, which is: *******688. You will only get forwarded to a Voicemail, and I left 3 messages with them with no reply. I sent 2 emails to the company, with no reply. Finally, on the 5th day I called my credit card company and had the charge disputed/reversed.

BorderCuts.com has 12 complaints with the BBB, with no rebuttals, so obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from the site, it is a scam.

I bought a book in August. I repeatedly called and emailed them for a refund and/or to get my book re-shipped.
They gave me many sweet promises, but gave no action.

My book is still not here. My money has not been returned.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a book, and never received an email confirming shipment. When I followed up to see if the product had shipped, they said it had shipped and an email had been sent confirming this. (I see this has happened to more than just me.) When I followed up two weeks after they claimed the product had shipped, they took several days to respond, then apologized and said they would ship it out via UPS or FedEx and send me the tracking number. That was a week ago. I emailed again three days ago to see if it had shipped and when to expect shipment and still have not yet received a response. On a hunch, I typed "Bordercuts scam" into the Google search bar and found this site. Reading through these ratings makes me wonder if all the positive ratings are submitted by the company itself. Because all the negative ratings mirror my own experience, and it seems highly unlikely that their service can be that good for some and this bad for me and apparently quite a few others... I strongly recommend that you not use Bordercuts!

I ordered a pitcher about a month ago. Never received a shipping confirmation email, but my order was updated as shipped on their website. Of course, it didn't have the date it was shipped. Waited 2 weeks. Nothing was delivered. Emailed CS and they said to give it 10 - 14 business days. On the 16th day, I emailed again and was told they would reship and send me a tracking number. After not hearing anything for another week, I emailed them again. This time they sent a response saying the vendor couldn't locate the package and now the item was out of stock. Said they would give me a refund on my card, but it's been a week and the refund has not shown up. I like to give people a chance and know mistakes happen, but these people seem quite incompetent. Will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a pull-up bar from this website on Feb, 5th and it said it was going to ship in 14 business days. By Feb 21st I sent them an email and asked where this shipment was. A polite customer service representative wrote back saying that she would look into it and re-ship another one if necessary. A couple more e-mails later and they said that another was supposed to re-ship March 4th and this one would be expediated (2-3 business days). Well, another week goes by with a couple more e-mails exchanged and still nothing. Finally on March 11th, I e-mailed them that I wanted a refund. They sent me an e-mail right back saying it was set to be delivered March 12th. Remind you, I have had NO shipping confirmation this entire time. Surprise, surprise it is March 15th and I still had NO package. I wrote them again demanding a refund and this is the response that I got:
"You will NOT be receiving a refund because FEDEX is going to deliver your package! There seems to have been a delay but it is still going to deliver!"

I have never seen such awful customer service! Lucky for them my package came March 16th... a month and a half after my original order. Funny thing is, this package was from Amazon.com...?. What an awful site-- do NOT use bordercuts.com

Ordered a Wii game from them. Was supposed to arrive in 14 business days. Never received it. E-mailed them and they did send me another on next day, Sat. Delivery. So I figured it was lost somewhere since they made good on it. Thought I'd give them another try. Ordered the same item as a gift. 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived. In the meantime, on my recommendation, my sister ordered the same item. She never received it either. When I e-mailed them I never got a response until I threatened to contact my credit card company. That's when they said they would look into it. They finally sent me another one 2nd day air. However, my sister was told they would refund her money. Not sure if that happened, but I have 2 more friends who I recommended, who haven't received their's either.
When I did receive my order it came from Amazon. Will never order from them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. Not sure what their story is.
