I reserved four days online then it asked me to call within 15 mins, I called, waited on the line for 25 mins then someone answered and asked for my name and my reservation number then surprisingly the days that I've reserved were not open anymore and I've told to be flexible and shift 2days because they don't have it available, I said I'm working and don't have an extra time they said that's what we have I said it's not my fault that you had it open can you plz try to find something else, I'm told not our fault either. BTW I checked again after I hung up with them it was still open online to reserve for the same days that I reserved already.

I have my itinerary for Daytona, however, I called and was told I can't do Daytona. I was told that "maybe" if I call back another time I can have that location even though that is the location I set for myself when I first chose and set up.
The site allows you to make a reservation (or add they call it a "booking"). After making your reservation, you are advised to call to confirm. Once you wait 30 min on the one they tell you it's okay and you'll be charged or they say no because you have too many people in your party or the room isn't available or the dates aren't available. This site does not reserve anything for you because although it gives you a RESERVATION ID after you've entered your credit card and personal info that it's not a reservation per the rep. "You're simply picking a date". Very frustrating to make a reservation but not a reservation. As contradicting as that sounds, that's what it is.

Just booked family vaca to orlando in a 2 bedroom suite. Was simple and easy, got my dates confirmed. Only downer no WDW theme park tix available during our stay. Oh well maybe book a 2nd trip later in the yr for that. Give more after trip. Cant wait

I just paid my vacations on BookVip.com and the customer represent called me to confirm the reservation of the hotel and asked me if I am an american citizen and if I have a passport... I answered i do not have a passport right now, but I have my ID and all my paperwork that confirms that I am an American citizen. Then right in that second he told me that they do not have any room available for us. Very sad his attitude because we already bought the flights to go and my kids were very exited.
My husband & I booked thru BOOKVIP and saved hundreds of dollars on a Mexico vacation. We were delighted with our beautiful oceanfront hotel about an hour from Cancun. The restaurants were wonderful. We really enjoyed sitting on the sand all day while the waiter continuously refilled our drinks. Such a great trip, we were happy to hear the timeshare presentation. 2 hour presentation and they served us lunch. We were not in a position to buy a timeshare at the time. But truly a trip of a lifetime.
We had to cancel due to medical reasons.

I saw an advertisment online for a trip to Cancun for a flash sale at $899 for 7 days and 6 nights 5 star resort (Omni). I booked it with a down payment on my credit card because they provided 24 months to travel. Upon reading the fine print three things stood out that really should be in bold print on the advertisement's front page. First, resort fees are not included $29.95 per night and that adds up when talking 6 nights. Second, you must attend a 2 hour time share thing which to me is ridiculous considering the trip is not giving away free nights or major upgrades and finally, you had to be married or living with your partner. That was the final straw for me since I am single and had planned to take my girlfriend who has her own place. I was able to cancel because I had just booked the trip one hour before but had I waited I am not sure what would have happened. Bottom line, book online and ask the representative to explain in detail every term and condition and record it.
Long story short... I bought all inclusive package got conformation from hotel, then spent $800 for flight and TA DA... hotel just canceled my booking without any explanation. So be aware!

I was suspicious of a deal that sounded too good. I was smart enough to record my call and have thoroughly documented the misrepresentation.
Today I responded to an ad on Facebook clearly adverting a $99 lodging deal at a 5 star beach front resort in Cabo. When I followed through they told me that that price would get me lodging at some place called Posada Real. While it looks like a nice place, it is not the place they have in their ad. I reported them to Facebook.

I booked a package months ago. They called today to tell me there are no rooms available at the resort I booked and they'd have to switch me to another property. I already booked extended dates with Expedia. They would not work with me to fix it. Now I have to interrupt my vacation to check out/ check in, pack up all my luggage, pay for an uber and waste part of my day that I should be enjoying at Disney. Awful business practices!
They also deleted my comments on Facebook and blocked me from commenting
