I booked a vacation to Gatlinburg, tennesse and went I went to pull up my reservation it stated no booking with this email address is this a scam

If you booked an open dated reservaton which is good for 12 months so you can lock in the price (a reservation without dates), it wont show in the My Reservations until you call and set your actual travel dates.
