I'm here with an update & I was hoping it would be better. Unfortunately not.
Wyndham Grand.
Cons. The smell of sewage/mildew in the rooms were so strong that I had to leave the balcony door open while in the room.
Even after washing upon arriving home. The smell is still lingering in EVERYTHING including luggage.
Room should have had a view of the lagoon.
Room 1430 view was literally the roof(someone could easily step over the balcony into your room). No view at all. Actually pretty scary.
I did reach out to hotel staff about the smell/view & I was told it was nothing they could do & that Going through third/fourth parties would almost guarantee the worst rooms.
All inclusive alcohol is bottom shelf. You can upgrade for about $80 per day.
Food was actually pretty good.
Staff service was amazing.
It's all a SCAM. You have to pay for the package first then you'll be able to see dates which on the website it'll show that all dates are available. After you select dates you'll be advised to call to confirm & NOTHING will be available.
Then when you finally find a resort which will be CHEAPER with bad reviews. They won't give you a refund for the price difference. I had to cancel that booking & book a different package all over again. THEN you'll have to pay another 3rd party(monster reservations) another $4/500 just to secure the dates.
No one will be able to tell you why the fees are so expensive or what they are for.
This is a total rip off. Paying so much then having to attend a timeshare presentation is so not worth it.
I will not be using booksi/monster reservations or whoever they are again in the future.
Hopefully the resort is okay & there are no more HIDDEN FEES upon arrival.
This is the worst company, please do not use their services. They are scammers, they invade your privacy by asking you your total household income, marital status, if you're a house owner etc. They advertise one price however when you call them to book the dates their charges for taxes and "resort fees" are double the price of the room. Never in my life have I heard about resort fees being over 100 usd a day. They probably calculate the resort fees and taxes based on each persons household income.
They are scammers and a rip off their customer service team is terrible as well. When I was arguing for a refund their team went on to block my number.
This is the worst company do not fall for this scam.

I would not be surprised if the reviews they feature on the site are forced to be made at the mandatory timeshare pitch so that you don't get kicked out of your accommodations. You have 18 months to book but only 7 days to cancel. Company policy only ensures the scam works. Truly the scum of the earth.

This is the worse experience I have every had with a travel company...There are very many hidden costs and the customer service rules in on the website are wrong. It says a 7 day money back guarantee but when you call they say "oh that's not correct, it's by individual package"...STAY AWAY!

Updated from 1 star to 5 stars upon resolved issue. Be aware of the terms of conditions on any desired location. If you are uncertain, call customer service and ask before proceeding with a purchase. Booksi's advertised destinations have very specific criteria that must be met in order to be eligible for a stay. I was not aware of any eligibility requirements beyond income level. Once I posted negative reviews, their customer service department reached out to me and fully refunded my purchase. Additionally, they offered me a savings card for my troubles.
*Edit: The savings card arrived by email and appears to be more trouble than useful. You cannot use the card in its entirety on one stay. Some hotels only offering $3.00 worth of use at a time. Heed my advice and just steer clear of this company and their affiliates: Monster, BookVIP. Way to make things right. Note the sarcasm.
Do not fall for this! I bought this to use as a family vacation. They don't allow families and will not let you book together. They said they check your social media to make sure families don't go together so I canceled my package within 6 hours after booking by phone and email. They won't refund. I have been trying since the end of May to get my money back. I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone sent numerous emails. They say I didn't cancel soon enough. There own disclaimer says within 5 day full refund. These people are scandalous!
It's been months since I was told they are going to send me a cruise voucher and I still don't have it. Every thing they have said has been false. Save yourself the headache! That goes for their partner Monster Group as well!
SCAM. I paid $399 plus tax for 5 star resort in Cancun, Mexico. It looks really good deal but there is hidden charges when I tried to book. They asking another $292 for the resort fees and taxes. Total cost is near $700 and they choose different hotel
Booksi definitely has great deals. They are legitimate at real resorts. My issue with the whole thing is they are simply/strictly trying to sell timeshares. It's very obvious from the first phone call. I also don't appreciate the fact that I was then routed through one or two other third-party companies… It all just felt very "bait and switch", but at the prices they charge some folks will obviously feel like it's worth it. For me using up what winds up amounting to practically a day of my vacation (not the 120 min promised) to be HIGH pressure pitched on a timeshare (NOT a simple tour of the property as promised) is in no way worth it. And I'm also quite certain they'll never stop calling/emailing/marketing going forward.
Booked 5 days 4 nights in Gatlinburg and their computer accepted it. When trying to confirm (which you must do thru their call center) we were told by the lady we would get 4 days 3 nights because the hotel did not have anything else available. Advised her that was unacceptable and after a protracted time she agreed to cancel the reservation and refund. If they do not I will just call American Express in the 30 days allowable. We won't be back.

While the price is decent, they don't tell you that you must pay additional charges and sit through a 2 hour time share presentation for which you pay an additional charge which is returned in the form of a gift card once your presentation is over.

I booked several vacations because I was enticed by the price. I get a call from people purporting to be from booksi and try to harass me to pay for a bundle. I tell them I have paid for my vacation and they tell me that this is just registration fee. They are working in Cahoots because the first person to call pretended to be a secretary and then 'forwarded' the phone to the 'boss'. The whole collaboration aims at asking for more money because apparently, the vacations cost more. First off, how did they get all the information about the bookings if they don't work for Booksi? I am ready to sue for this but I am seeking clarification from booksi support. I am now hesitant to book any other vacation with this company even though I really need to travel. I will just hold the two I have for now and then wait and see how things go. I will update upon receiving feedback, which I highly doubt.

The package I received from Booksi was significantly different and of lesser value than the one they advertised and for which I paid in advance. I purchased a 4 night package for a suite/ full kitchen at the Mountain Club at Loon which is slopeside at Loon Mountain Ski Area. I received a standard room at a Holiday Inn Express a few miles away at the other end of town. I contacted Booksi/ Monster Reservations numerous times over the course of 3 months trying to have them change my reservation to the advertised Mountain Club at Loon but was unsuccessful. I even offered to change my dates in order to get the Mountain Club at Loon suite but they still did not offer me the package that I paid for.

Update - after trying to get this resolved for a month, Stacy advised she was issuing the refund as the seller and prior representatives should have done due to their sales tactics. I truly appreciate Stacy resolving this matter in a timely and professional manner, she was a savior!
UPDATE! I've tried resolving this with them for almost a month but despite my efforts they will not speak! I have returned their generic voicemails, but when someone picks up, they are silent (except for the chatter in the background) while i'm saying "hello" multiple times, then they hang up. Despite their claims of wanting to resolve this issue, they obviously do not! This company has now been reported to the State and Federal agencies for fraud and DTP violations, as well as to the BBB.
