Our deals show all fees before any payment is made. The fees involved are based on the amount quoted for the offer plus the taxes and fees added in the cart before payments are made. These fees vary depending on the individual hotel deal. Our offers supply the very best accommodation at a fraction of the cost based on the deals being promotional and offering a "Resort Preview Rate" as shown in the information. This means that these are first time visitor promotions where the hotels will request the opportunity to provide a products and services update to explain the benefits of the vacation based services that they have available to help save you even more money on future vacation. You are not obligated to join anything but the hotel will require your time to explain their services to you.

Hi Maria, After purchasing your vacation, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and your credentials to book your dates, once your dates are booked you will receive another email with a phone number to call our reservations team and confirm your desired dates, at that time you will be able to ask for a wheelchair accessible room. Hi Michelle, This usually happens when the financial institution stops the purchase. Please make sure to contact your bank or you can also try using a different card (This can also solve the problem). For your reference, the only payments we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you keep having issues with your purchase, we recommend you choose a different internet browser and use a computer instead of a Smartphone.
