I tried to get a refund but was told none were available, EVER! Every date I would give them that worked with my work schedule would never work for them! They never had weekend check ins available either. They then wanted to switch me to a different city- cities I'd been to and had no desire to revisit. I only bought the trip because it was Nashville and supposedly $59. My credit card was actually charged $97! As other reviewers are saying...BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES! Also a 3rd party that works with BOOKSI called me literally everyday harassing me trying to get me to upgrade to more days! I kept having to block numbers and finally had to get mean and say DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN! I also asked for a supervisor when trying to book my trip in Nashville and was told none was available and that someone would call me back about a refund...of course that never happened either. So therefore unless I get a refund... I will blast them all over every social media platform I come across as crooked. I did my part to try to book the trip for $59. I was not only charged more than the promotion of $59 but they cannot meet my scheduling needs so therefore I should be entitled to a refund.

I booked a vacation with this company last night. It was $59+ tax ($78.83) for 4 days, 3 nights in New Orleans. The money came out instantly. I got the message to call to confirm within 15 minutes. I called the number and waited over 25 minutes.
I found another number to call and they picked up right away. I explained that I needed to confirm. My dates weren't available, which I understood because it's next week. So Corey searches to find another destination in my area that is available. Nashville comes up, I was fine with that. I asked a few more questions for clarification so he claimed he had to do another scan. Nashville was no longer available but he sees Branson. To sum this up, I ended up paying an extra $150+tax ($163.50) for a "refundable" deposit.
After reading all of the negative reviews and seeing that I would have to pay an additional $280+ for resort fees, I decided to call and cancel this morning. I never received confirmation of the booking, dates, booking number, nothing. After trying to get me to choose another destination/date, the agent canceled it. I asked if I would receive a confirmation email, she told me it was already sent. (I still haven't received it). I asked about the refund, she proceeds to tell me they had me on a recorded line agreeing to terms and conditions. I reminded her that their policy promises a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 3 days. She said that the $150+tax refundable deposit isn't refundable (?) so she put it as a credit on my account. That's useless because I don't ever plan on using the company to book anything ever again. She claimed that she processed a refund for the $59+tax and I should receive an email confirmation (still haven't received it).
Please stay away from this company! Check other websites for all of the negative reviews! In the end, it doesn't look like you'll end up saving any money. The price that you see is only a small fraction of what you'll end up paying. I hope I'm able to get my money back.
Update: I spoke to someone at the company this morning (9/4) after getting an email and phone call for this review. When you call in to book your dates, they want you to pay a refundable deposit. However, that deposit is only refundable if you pay $234 for the White Glove Service. So I was told that they could only refund the initial cost of $59+tax. Basically, I just gave them $163 because I didn't give them extra money to get a refundable deposit, refunded. I received confirmation, so hopefully I'll be refunded.
Please stay away from this company! There are reputable companies that you can use to travel cheap, without being scammed (Hilton Grand)!

I wanted to just do a quick birthday trip, so I bought the package. Then had to call in to confirm, got roped into the VIP package. Then when I did book the trip a couple of days later, I was hit with Fees $300! And told I had to sit through a presentation. No where does it plainly state that there would be more fees and a time share selling seminar that I'd have to sit through. This site is a rip off. I was also told I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I paid to book a vacation at Wisconsin Dells. When I went to book it said there were no rooms available even for years ahead of time. I called to see what was going on and the only thing they could offer me were to stay in two different places that were about 200 miles from the Dells. When I told the woman that my father lives 30 minutes from the Dells I could just stay with him and wanted a refund of my money I was told they do not provide refunds. Booksi is an amazing way to book your vacations. Make sure you understand the regulations when you book and ask questions! Depending where you go and have to sit for a presentation DO NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL cause you will be disqualified and have to pay for your entire stay.

Purchased a package to Savannah, Ga. Booked my reservation online and once submitted it takes you to a page to call a phone number to finalize. In speaking with a rep, I was told the dates were not available and they tried to sell me another package which would have cost me additional monies. Mind you I only had 18 months(til November) to book my reservation but they are telling me there are no dates available for the rest of this year. They would not refund my money. Very dissatisfied. Very misleading and scammers. I will never do business with them again.

The booking company cancelled my trip less than one month before my confirmed reservation because "the hotel will be undergoing renovations." They refused to refund the money I had paid, and would only offer me a change in sites that included an additional $180 parking fee, or to cancel my booking and forfeit my $150 refundable deposit.
I feel this is a breach of contract since they are the ones who cannot provide the service I paid for.
I bought over1 year ago...nothing available...nothing g concrete at other sites...then they want more fees and the final blow was that you had to go to a sales pitch for a timeshare! Total scam...Lost $200 but lesson learned! Don't do it!

These people are a bunch of liars and scammers! Please for the love of God, don't fall for this bs! I bet my review won't even be posted because they are weeding out all the people trying to warn others! Class action lawsuit in the works!
I purchased this voucher back in April 2023 and tried to book for November 2023 (today is August 2023) and realized the following:
- I'd be expected to partake in a two (2) hours long presentation of the hotel group and their timeshares.
- They would run a credit check to "confirm what offers I'd qualify for".
- They could not confirm which of the three available hotels I'd be staying at.
- They could not book all four of my nights but only three, blaming the availability to not allow for it. I looked online at the hotel website and they could accept a full-price booking for these dates.
- I'd have to pay a $150 refundable deposit on my booking, and $99 "white glove" service fee + $40 per night tourist tax.
Not to mention I wasted almost an hour trying to make this reservation.
Aside from very limited available dates, they start charging extra fees to your account before you even get off the phone! (they did refund those extra fees) - tell you there's plenty of time to book, but you have to cancel within 7 days. Junk fees, time share fees - it goes on and on - cheaper to not use it and just forget about it, but I hate to see companies get away with this! And there is not a single review after 2021 on the website?

I booked the 399 for 5 nights...and got charged 699 on my credit card! When looking at dates for booking just for fun...I was block for 4 nights not 5...so I called them to get full refund and cancellation (within few minutes after the transaction). I was supposed to receive a confirmation by email...NEVER GOT IT...
I paid $300 for a vacation. I went to book it and I had to call another number. They informed me that all members of the party had to sit through a 2 hour sales presentation. I said fine. Then they wanted more money from me. They called it a deposit to make sure I would show up. Too many layers of lies and requirements.
They advertised a one-day sale on a hotel in Nashville TN, then required we disclose financial information when we tried to make the reservation. We then learned it was a timeshare. When we asked for a refund, they said they would only give us a 50% refund. TOTAL SCAM. I'm filing complaints everywhere! Warn your friends and run far and fast from these people!

I was just exploring Since We travel at least twice a year. Why not give a try! Booked a 5 night stay with Booksi to Mexico and saved over 600 dollars and it was all inclusive that's a huge savings there me and my husband had the best views and the best time ever at our resort.
