That sounds great, but, please explain to me why the advertised location for lodging was on Mountain in Lincoln, NH and the actual lodging was at a different location 25 to 30 minutes away? That would require us to load and unload our ski equipment and gear each day we were on vacation and drive 25 to 30 minutes each way each day to stay at a 2.5 star hotel. Also consider the potential impact traveling in the White Mountains in the winter, where it snows on a frequent and regular basis. Simply stated, it was not as advertised.
Booked a trip to Lincoln NH with a sale that had and end of deal counter (I should have known then it was to good to be true). They fail to tell you that you must attend a 120 minute time share sales meeting. They also fail to mention that you have to pay an additional "refundable deposit" of $150.00 to secure you place in the time share sales pitch meeting. I booked everything with the additional fees. When I got my confirmation email, I was booked in a Fairfield in Hotel 25 to 30 minutes from the resort. I spent 58 minutes on the phone attempting to cancel the entire trip. Still waiting for the refund.
Paid for vacation. When I called to confirm, they said I was not qualified for the one we paid for & they played the switch card on me. Since they did not provide what we paid for, we requested a refund. They refused to credit our credit card so we are having to dispute with our CC company.
I bought a stay at Grand Oasis but when I was trying to complete my reservation there were any room available. So, the agent sold me a staying on another hotel. I was very clear on may travelling dates and I was very specific because I travel with kids. So the agent sold me something so much more expensive on another hotel but he never told me the dates for the new reservation were different. He just told me all the details will be on the email.
I've been set up for a staying much more extensive than the first one and the agent never told me anything about one night less than the firs one.
It's so difficult to get someone on the phone and nobody is any help.

I paid around three hundred dollars a year ago for a trip. Was never able to book online as it showed full every time. I tried finally called them and they said oh you have to call us. Surprise surprise, everything still booked while a year later. I'm finally able to get through again.
Try to book the trip. The place I paid for they say is no longer available. And they tell me. I have to pay an additional two hundred and seventy three dollars to go on a trip to cover taxes and fees and security deposit, which was never disclosed prior. Also told I have to do a presentation which was also never disclosed. Lady insists it was disclosed yet. I checked my emails and everything else. And it sure is hell was not. Please do not buy from this deceitful company. You cannot talk to anybody from booksy either. They're unavailable you have to go through a third party who can't do anything.
I have attempted to communicate over the last 3 weeks with no results. I have called 16 times, sent 9 emails and responded to 5 emails regarding a closed case. Impossible to communicate with and no way to book dates or ask questions. Buy from anyone else!
I made the booking from their website and after that they send a code and ask us to confirm the reservation. I had already paid the fee via the portal and when i called them up they are asking for $384 extra as a resort feel stating that earlier what i paid was just the vacation fee. And, the extra resort fee is juts mentioned in terms and conditions. The lady who spoke to me said there is no manager to talk to me when I requested for her supervisor.
You supposedly get 3 days to opt out, which I did because the original offer I signed because of I could no longer find. Of course, not only did they not credit me for the 3.99 trial, they also billed me a second month. They did eventually credit one of them, but not until I had to waste precious time chasing down a refund. DO NOT JOIN

Booked their 5 day cancun stay and the charged my card without even letting me pick dates. No confirmation sent to my email or any way to finish my reservation. Logged into their site and it shows no reservation for me yet my card has been charged through my bank.
AVOID THIS SCAM! You need to pay before selecting your travel dates and then they don't have the available dates you are wanting. You will also need to pay an additional service fees ($121) and ($150) deposits before your booking can be confirmed. If you try to cancel at that point, then you will be told the package you initially selected is not refundable.

After spending two hours on the phone booking this trip, I called the next morning to cancel due to the closure of my company and my now unemployed state. They absolutely refused to refund any part of money and were quite nasty about it, saying if i dispute it on my card they will send the recorded message of my understanding of there policy. Shame on me for not seeing thru there nonsense and who wants to buy a timeshare anyway. I would find another avenue for vacation time if i was you. There is a lot of bait and switch here also.
After talking with agent Taylor and being informed that I had to pay an additional $150 (refundable at check-in in form of an American Express card), and that I had gone past a 7-day required period to cancel, and I have to attend a required 2-hour sales speech. I asked to cancel the entire thing. She informed me I would not be able to do that because of the required 7-day period to cancel. It's the typical "bait and switch" process. My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! My Concierge Rolando was Amazing! He set up transportation from the Airport and had our suite jacked up for my Birthday! We received a bottle of wine, Rose petals were on our bed shaped in a heart, and we had towel decorations like a heart! First class all around. We are going to return to Sunscape next year hopefully. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and activities! Thumbs up!
Fraud!
I booked it and found I cheated. I am trying to call and email to get my refund as I booked for 2 adult and 2 members and they confirm for 2 members only but no body replying on email and 1 nobody ready to listen on phone call after 1 hour waiting time to connect with them.
- Once you booked don't expect to cancel it.
- They asked me $150+ tax extra
- They booked for me for 2Adult and 2 kids and confirm only for 2 adults. Of course I can't go without 4 years kid.
- They forced me to changes travel dates while I booked as per availability on website.
- Now they are forcing me to change location.
- Not getting any response from email support.
- 40-50 Minutes waiting time to connect with them using phone call.

I received a reservation number with the prompt to call to complete. Called 3 times and still no vacation. No return phone calls as promised and now they cant book the area as promised. Not sure I want to vacation with these people
Paid for one place and was booked for another and charged fees which cost more than the trip and now will not refund the fees even with the trip no longer booked. These guys are as bad as the thieves in mexico, just more blatant.
I had The worst experience ever buying a package from this company for my vacations. I got a package, I selected the days I was going to be there and bought my ticket. Then they said I had to call to confirm my reservation and When I called they told me they didn't have availability, they could offer me something else around the area charging me almost $1,300 in "taxes". SUCH A SCAM... I asked for a refund Don't believe in the Ads they run. I wont buy anything from this company ever again First and last.
Books/ Monster.com which work together are a scam company. I booked a trip with Books and when I went to confirm they added extra charges to my trip and told me there would be more charges when I got there.
So I cancelled the trip. Now they won't return my monies and I have to have my Credit card company go after them to get my money back. Stay away from this company. Richard Brown
Booked a trip with them, only to discover all the shady reviews.
Called them to request a refund to be told no refunds allowed. Talked with the lady who played dumb...But in the end I did get every amount refunded back to card.
Sheesh like pulling teeth with them.
Shame on you Booksi for false advertisement
Bought a package for $199 and my Amex contacted me that there was the $199+ charge and a $500+ charge attempting to be made. I said NO and the one charge was declined by Amex. The next day I wanted to book the hotel and the call goes to a 3rd party to see if you "qualify", asking question on marital status, income…and when I asked why they needed any further info I was told that we needed to attend a presentation for 90-120 minutes at the hotel. I said that I only signed up to stay at hotel and nothing states otherwise. The 3rd party would not refund us nor does the initial site have a number to contact them. This is a scam in my book..
Enjoyed stay at Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos. Staff was very pleasant, nice and accommodating. Location and amenities were good as was most of the food, especially the specialty restaurants.
Timeshare presentation was way too long and hours beyond the time I agreed to. Arrived at 9:30am and held hostage in the presentation until 2pm. I committed to 2hrs and not 4.5 hours
