Be warned. This is not a vacation, it's a timeshare nightmare scam. Once you purchase what you think is a vacation package, you cannot book it unless you agree to releasing a bunch of private information on a recorded line and then agree to sitting thru a timeshare presentation. I refused to give up all this personal information and asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund. Would never use this company!
I booked a 4 night vacation in Savannah Georgia but had to call another number to book. Different company had pay additional fee of $250 dollars but will get back $150 when we check in. So I booked anyway at cottages received change but was different location now need to make another call to correct if possible. Just be where Dennis
I tried to book the Waikiki resort they advertised on Facebook but the was told they didn't have any rooms there. Further they tried to book me into a Lahaina resort and reduced the time to 4 nights and 5 days from the original five nights and six days. Furthermore, there was a additional $568 when I tried to book with a potential for further resort, fees or taxes or parking or something that they weren't very clear on of between 20 and $40 per day in the first discussion and then dropping down to between 10 and $20 per day in further discussions after my protest were heard. In the recorded call, they insisted that there "should not be" any additional charges, but they were unable to make that assurance. This is clearly a manipulative approach to a verbal contract. Beware of this crowd.

They just took my money then said the hotel needed to get paid which was 422.41 in addition to the 858.73. Then they said book it online so i did and then they said you need to confirm with us, so i did, then they said nope you cannot go then but you can go during this time and I said yes, next day they emailed me and said no to that date also so we did it again and guess what, they cancelled it again but when I asked for a refund they don't give refunds after 7 days and they drug it out that long.

I booked a 5 day stay with them only for them to tell me that there's nothing available for the dates that I needed a room. They tell you that you can book within 18 months of purchase but neglect to tell you that you need you that you need to book a month in advance. Refund? Forget about it, once they have your money they don't care. They offered no other options to try and get me a room. You're better off booking with Expedia or Priceline.

We booked 2 packages (no dates) for $199 each for 5 days/4 nights on March 6. Today is the 8th day after booking. Today we tried to book specific dates for our sisters trip (there are 4 of us total). No where in the booking did it say you had to travel with your spouse (1 sister is not married). I want to cancel our bookings and they refused a refund. Please have the total of $244.85 X 2 returned to me. I made the purchase solely for the purpose of a sisters trip.

I booked a 4 night vacation at the loon Mt. Resort. Booksi, or Bluegreen, changed it to 3 days without my knowledge or consent (see picture).
They also promised me a $100 restaurant gift certificate which they never gave me. Their business partner, Bluegreen Vacations gave me a 'Dining-Dough' certificate, which no restaurants in Lincoln or in my area will accept.
The Beauty Queen knows what she's doing. I'm an active senior with locs. They'd unravel barely a week after getting done. I'm also tender headed which posed another issue. When she finished, I was so happy. Blessed Hands should be her nickname. It's been two weeks, and my hair still looks good. I will definitely be going back. And guess what?, she has great rates.

I booked my first vacation to NYC with Booksi. Never again! It's amazing that the advertised (Facebook) price of $199 turned into $674.78 (plus parking, if you were driving). Everything has a "spin" to it. For example the $150 refundable deposit is not refunded to your original form of payment. It is instead touted as you will receive a $150.00 Visa Gift Card (from the company). It doesn't say that they are just giving you your own money back in a different form. This is an example of how important things are "glossed over" and you walk away not knowing exactly what you paid for. I would not use this company again.

4 star resort becomes a 2 star hotel. Totally understandable that almost never you can get the price as low as that, but it shouldn't be falls advertisement. They made you pay a deposit so you can't get it back before you actually travel. My 5 days, 3 nights became 4 days/3 nights which I also didn't mind, but Very upset to see the confirmation with the place I would never book purposefully. Tried to call and change it to the place I booked online, but was told allocations happen automatically.
Knowing this is a sales pitch for timeshare, not sure how they attract customers with such a bad beginning.
Advertise great deals then when I called about the property I reserved, I was told that it was not available. Then they tried to book me at less desirable properties. Booksi took my credit card before the dates were confirmed. Also, they did not disclose the fact that this deal was a time share sales pitch. And they did not disclose the fact that in order to get the deal I had already paid for, they would require another $300. This increased the price far more than I could pay. Overall this was a scam! Buyer beware.

Booksi charged my account the minute I gave my information. Then when went forward to book my trip there was no human to talk with. Several Argents failed. Later I got few calls back from travel agents that said they have no connection to booksi. They Tried to charge me double of the advertised deal, and did nothing to help me cancel my request.I tried to call again, tried their web page, to get support, but then got onto a loop without any resolution
Booksi is completely a scammer website. If you trust them, you will lose your money and your trip will be a dream as well. Such as the 5 nights Hawaii Resort trip, the price on their AD is 399, but finally, they will charge 440+298+375=1110, and they temporarily designate the property you maybe can use is Holiday Inn (not any resort they mentioned in the ADs). The cost of this cheap hotel for 5 day is just 1000 dollars on official website, but Booksi will charge you over 1100. Even you paid everything, you can not confirm that your reservation on Holiday Inn is really booked, you must wait until 28 days ahead your trip, they said you maybe can get confirmation to tell you that you can get your hotel booked or not. Means your trip during that period maybe will be cancelled or delayed again. That means you paid everything, and the price is already higher than the normally price you book on the official hotel website, but finally, you can not make your trip at all.

I was accidentally charged for something I did not order. I sent an email to customer service. Within less than an hour I received a full refund and a follow-up telephone call. This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with an online purchase issue.
Bottom line is you are led to believe you are paying a price for a room but the hotel charged additional fees of $80/ night. The hotel said the $234 I paid was just to be able to use their booking platform. It doesn't pay for the hotel room
They get you in by false advertising that you will stay at a resort but when you make your reservation they say we will try our best to put you in a resort but if they don't, call us back to help you, they also take $150 and it's not refundable if you cancel so that's where they get you. Now you're in a hotel but you can't get out of it. Scam and shady company.
DON'T BE FOOLED...this sounds great but there are hidden taxes and fees, no transportation back to the airport, WiFi is not free. Can't travel with friends or family on the same dates!
