I made the reservation 19 minutes ago and found the total cost was about 50 percent higher than the stated rate.
Agent hung up on me. I was not abusive. I was firm and told her that I was not happy with your service. I couldn't believe she hung up on me.

Terrible booking platform with NO refund policy for your booking. Can't even find a human to talk to. The Hotel you book can't help either. Buyer beware these folks are swindlers.
