I could not believe! I was promised paid parking and paid breakfast! I was not! I had no hot water, fridge did not get cold, the baseboards were all chipped and cracked, bathroom had cracked door, I could not believe this was the hilton.

Unsatisfied, tried booking 3 rooms got confirmation for 2 rooms took 25 minutes to do it on the phone and still get it wrong. Now I have to spend an hour going back and doing it over. Sorry but what a waste of time.

I would only suggest that she slow down the delivery of all the "rules, etc." so that the customer can absorb them more easily. Was broke down on the side of the road called this organization book online to see if we could get early check in he assured us yes he had a 530am check in we paid him and then when we showed up there was no room available... Horrific left standing on a street corner. No resolution only we will refund as you, should get your money back within the week. I thought I was speaking with the hotel directly, I do not know how I reached BOOKONLINE. Com. After giving them the number of rooms needed and my CC information, I asked what the cancellation policy was. Essentially it is if you can not prove you are sick, etc you lose 1 night stay. At that time BEFORE I hung up, I stated I DID NOT want to move forward with the reservation and hung up. I was charged anyway and can not get my money back.
The experience was very professional. Attitude was phenomenal. Because of his professionalism, I will return to the Holiday Inn again. I will inform my family and friends. It was cheaper than the Laquinta. Hope you guys start giving incentives for staying at the Holiday Inn. The online representative was easy to speak with and very helpful. That's why we booked.
