Anthony went above and beyond to help me get the best hotel for the best rate possible. He also checked for senior citizens discounts and made sure that my room was walker accessible. The FIRST hotel I wanted was full, so he searched for another in close proximity with the same features that I "needed". Anthony deserves a RAISE. He gave me "outstanding" service. I was very pleased with my phone reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights at the Super 8, in Mount Laurel, NJ. The person made sure all the information was correct as I gave it to him, and then confirmed it all again before we hung up. The only thing wrong was he forgot to give me a confirmation number.
Samara was very polite but as I mentioned I was a Hilton member and questioned the fees being so much - I was shocked to find out the total amount should have been $168.96 instead I was charged $236.46 that's a significant difference- I will be checking with Hilton to determine what recourse I have- this was an urgent situation for my elderly brother who was without AC in 110+ heat
