Should I have checked the reviews for this website before I booked a hotel with them. I canceled my reservations on June 10th. They still have not refunded my money and it's June 30th. They do not respond to emails. They do not have a number that you can call to get information about your refund. AND they website is not transparent about this issue. I would not recommend. 0 out of 5.
I had reserved a hotel through booking.com and I was having issues with check in and my representative was so upset, she reimbursed me and found me a new hotel free of charge. She kept saying how sorry she was for the way I was treated! Thanks again!
Used booking.com for the first time ever, only for them to not only cancel my reservation for a room, but they've also disabled my account and DIDN'T EVEN INFORM ME WHY. I was left on the streets to figure out a last minute accommodation. The hotel in question sent me proof that booking.com has canceled my reservation and not them. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting for my $500+ to be returned to me. They've made every little excuse to not refund me my money, despite sending over a proof of bank statement (which equates to the cost of the room). This was my first experience ever booking with them and trust me, it will be my last.

Their customer service representatives were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in resolving any problems. I booked a car and was told I would not be able to drive outside of the state. I contact the customer service rep., explained my problem. She keep putting me on hold, she made me go back to the counter to verify that I was there and that the rental company canceled the car. She stated she would refund me, I asked that I really need to rent a car and this was very important. She keep telling that my rate would go up, again put me on hold to tell me that they would add a border fee. I explained that I was not going outside of the country but to California. So I just said to refund me, than she changes her mind from giving me my full refund to only a portion. I asked to speak to a manager, and she would not allow me to speak to anyone. She said there was no manager on duty. Which I find that hard to believe, when I started to get upset, she would put me on mute and come back to me when she felt like it. I will never book from them again. I am so upset because for me to take the time to write a review say's a lot, This actually is my first review in my 38 years of living.
The website takes the money and sends you to locations that are not livable. Ours had a smashed door no lighting and a crime scene 2 doors down! With no lighting in the room. But then they says its not their responsibility.

The confirmation email has no itinerary documents attached. While it says you can download it in the app, you cannot. Called the hotline, they said there is "technical issue" that they cannot generate an itinerary documents for their customer.

My wife book a hotel room and Maple Grove mn. I paid Booking. Com but was required to pay another 100.00 deposit before I could get my room. They also advertise pet friendly and they are not. I will never recommend using a company that lies on their website and does not keep up with hotel policies.

Made a reservation through Booking.com through one of their listing hotels with a 2 night confirmed price.

I used to be an avid booking.com user but will absolutely no longer use them. They don't communicate all fees on the hotel's main booking page until after you book the non-refundable booking. Then the final fees show. The last time I booked, there was a $150 hidden pet fee that was communicated only after the booking was confirmed. No ability to cancel. It doubled my entire booking cost. Book through direct hotel sites instead. Absolute garbage business.
I called and booked a room at Pentagon hotel and this was June, 22 2023 they lied to me told me a shuttle would be available from Ronald Reagan Airport to Hotel Pentagon come to find out the Hotel doesn't provide shuttles then the lied and said that we were in walking distance of all the monuments and museums that was a lie... Sayura House is an amazing place to stay, it just feels like home away from home.
Everybody is super friendly and helpful. The food is superb, the room is very clean and bright, with a veranda to the beautiful tropical gardens.
The location is perfect, 100m walk to the beach, but in a quiet area.
I cannot praise all the staff enough. I certainly got the royal treatment.
And I loved every moment of it.

Es el quinto dia consecutivo que estoy hablando con servicio al cliente de booking.
El caso esta siendo reportado e investigado y espero que en breves envien a alguien para inspeccionar la vivienda que estan ofertando como apartamento turistico.
Continuo a la espera de recibir el reembolso completo el cual tiene que venir de la propiedad, que es quien se ha quedado con mi dinero injustamente.

Es injusto que cobren una reserva cuando ni siquiera tienen el apartamento con unos estandares minimos para ser habitado.

Only to find out that the hotel was out of business and I had to prove that it was charged to my account. They did not find me a replacement hotel to stay in for the same price. Nor did they care that I was left without a place to stay. So beware before you purchase.
