Disappointing Experience with BoohooMAN
I recently had a very frustrating experience with BoohooMAN that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a product with the expectation of next-day delivery as part of my premium membership, but my parcel was delayed for several days. The courier only notified me that they had received it long after it was dispatched, and my order still hasn't arrived.
Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and failed to address my concerns about compensation for the delay or the issues I faced with their app during payment. It felt like my loyalty as a premium customer didn't matter at all.
Additionally, I've found that the quality of the clothing from BoohooMAN is consistently disappointing. Most items I've purchased have not held up well after just a few washes, leaving me frustrated with the overall value.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend BoohooMAN. It's clear that they need to improve both their customer service and the quality of their products. I advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase.
Website full of faqs on returns and refunds and the customer service inbox is always too full for them to reply. This is a bad Omen. Do not buy from here as the items are not as described and the returns process is really annoying. I am still waiting for a refund after having proof they have had my returned item for weeks and weeks. Every time you talk to customer service its a new person asking the same question about my order number when all the information is in the first damn email. Its frustrating.
Had ordered four items and received only two they have said that everything is scanned and sent and I won't be getting any refund avoid at all cost their customer service is crap.
Bought items over a month ago never got the items this is the second time it happed to me out of 2 orders so ratio 0% success contacted customer service they keep telling me wait another 3 weeks we might find your package but no help to send new items or refund the order they try at all cost making you wait months until you have no more resources to get refunded by your credit card company.
Little did they know I already started a reverse fee by PayPal.
Poor customer service poor staff now I understand why they don't want no one having their phone number to get reached at but If it does happen to someone else here's their number *******257 I'll give it to you guys.
But do yourself the favor and just don't order and move to another site
Answer: Yes alot better is out there. If possible get out on your high street and browse. At least you know what your getting and when you return an item they can sort it there and then for you.
Answer: Shocking, world's worst customer service. They don't know their products and they don't know how to follow an email thread.
Answer: Legit company with scam morals. Or just a lack of morals. Probably don't care where their products come from etc as long as they make profit.
