Yes alot better is out there. If possible get out on your high street and browse. At least you know what your getting and when you return an item they can sort it there and then for you.

Shocking, world's worst customer service. They don't know their products and they don't know how to follow an email thread.

Legit company with scam morals. Or just a lack of morals. Probably don't care where their products come from etc as long as they make profit.
