I thought I would give this site a go and purchased a few items (clothing) must say I was very disappointed with my purchase, as sizes inside clothing were completely different to the swing tags sizes (they are not the sizes I ordered) even though Boohoo has made a mistake with my order (sizing) I now will have to pay for postage to return these items if I want a refund mmmm. I am also disappointed with how the clothes look and feel (not made very well) sometimes we can get a real bargain and be really impressed not this time for me, clothing looks cheap and feels cheap.
I do not recommend Boohoo.

I ordered tops to wear for the christening, which they never arrived on time, when i reached out for help from customer service tracking my order all they said that it was delayed for another 2 weeks on top of the first 2 weeks from my original order, i had no top to wear to the christening, i asked them to help me in sending me a new order the top i can wear for my next day christening celebration i had to attend all they said its this is the policy and to allow 30 days for orders to arrive, unbelievable,The worse worse online company clothing i ever dealt with..

This company is a HUGE SCAM. Clothing sizes are inaccurate and quality is CHEAP. Customer service is Rude and arrogant. They still never gave me back my refund for a missing item in the order.

Hey, I can see the parcel hasn't moved in a while, and I'm really sorry it hasn't made it to you yet If you can please allow 16 days from the 22nd and if the parcel still isn't with you by the 7th of April please get back in touch with us and we will be able to get you fully refunded for the order. THATS THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AFTER THEY BLOCKED ME FROM COMMENTING ON THEIR POST. THATS 20 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER THEY WANT ME TO WAIT BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO ISSUE REFUND IM LIVID
