I am a seller in EBay and Amazon. But in EBay and amazon, lots of the buyer return the item which is not making sense. The reason of those are just like these "I don't like it" or "change my mind". And for the return shipment, the $#*!ing buyer also don't want to pay the return shipment. More over, EBay and Amazon protect the buyer. They don't protect the seller.
I have read the negative feedback of this topic. They both the buyers and I think their reason of the RMA are not reasonable. If the item is defective, that the seller fault. But usually the buyer tell lies. I receive the RMA everyday from EBay and Amazon. After I receive the RMA, I will test it and figured out that is not defective. So that is terrible for selling in EBay and Amazon.
But in Bonanza, they know that the RMA from the buyers who are cheap $#*! and they will make the seller lose money. If bonanza doing this way, this is the protection of seller. More over, the reason of the buyer do the online shopping because it is cheaper than retail store a lot. Price is very important to the buyer only, not the service. Even we do the good job, they are still making a lot of RMA.
So for other country, why they don't want to sell the stuff to USA because the buyers in USA usually being terrible STUFF (RMA by non sense reason.).
From the data, the average qty of RMA from one person in USA for the whole year, which can fit the 24 feet container. So is it terrible?
Hope bonanza will protect the seller and make the transaction more fair between seller and buyer.
Ordered one product & they switched sizes from what was advertised... SCAM SCAM
Don't order anything they have no phone to contact... BUYER BEWARE! Gave it a star as I had to... BUT ZERO RATING
Signed up as a seller, traffic was minimal with limited actual sales. Then one day, I get five notices of bid cancellations one right after the other over 5 minuets. Strange I got no bid notice, just these cancellations, so I attempt to log into my account, can't! Several attempts, nothing, contact customer service.
Day later I get a form email, an algorithm determined my booth was high risk, so they CANCELLED my account, closed my booth and its within their terms to be able to.
I write back, How can this be, my booth had little to no activity, sales were minor, basically a no hassle customer, another day goes by, same form email, not even the courtesy of real person's reply.
It was an outlet but not that big of a deal, but then I come to find out that many, many buyer's have had issues purchasing an item, paying then not receiving the item, not being able to contact the seller or no reply or booth closed, with no help from Bonanza.
Then I see the light, I had one high end item on my site, collectible one of a kind at $2500. I'm assuming it sold, they got the funds, closed my booth and now the seller is out there with nothing, thinking I ripped him/her off, when its the site.
I think this scam has been going on for some time, and no one is wise due to the sheer size and the reluctance to people to go through the hassle. Friends. Blow the whistle on these guys, if you get ripped off file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Board, the FTC and your state's attorney general. Only way this will be solved, the internet is not a hole, there is someone at the other in Washington manipulating the system to rip you off! I've done my part, now you do yours, don't take it!
Best of Luck.
Quick shipping, t-shirt came just as described. The t-shirt is good quality material. I highly recommend doing business with bonanza.
I recently bought Chloe 75ml, Chanel No 5 100ml and Dolce & Gabbana 'The One' 100ml from the seller Robo Tancos at Computeriam and they are all disgustingly made fakes that smell like cat p*ss.
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM he is a SCAMMER and charges 11 US Dollars per item to ship from Slovakia when he resides in the UK. I am from the UK and that dishonest slime conned me out of £110.

I had been checking mail like usual and somehow after giving my email address several times I ended up on a site that says you can work from home on FB and get paid easily. On the page which was done right, the correct persona etc. You have to see if you qualify by living in the right geographical area only in the USA anybody practically could meet the 5 qualifications. Then you would be asked to pay what was called a fee to get only the serious applicants for a meek 47 dollars. At one site they were offering the money back if you were not accepted also easily refunded if you were not happy etc. Ok you comprehend all that, READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE PURCHASE all of it in any case the whole thing is total BS and they pretty much say it in the print it gets the blood flowing a bit faster it unbelievable the extent they went through to pull this one off they did a good job they got me. I will try for a refund but I already chalked another one up one more dont mater, I wish I could just stop them so someone else dont get hit for sure the people who created the site have the talent to take this down and create another legit site and that is that until the next one rolls around.
Very good quality on the jersey don't let low price fool you it is a top of the line jersey. Fast worldwide delivery and up to date tracking.
I only reviewed the item I purchased. Dogcat that was the seller was very bad! I was provided tracking numbers that did not work 2x, took over 3 weeks to get my order, which I read reviews that they shipped very quick. So I had a hiking trip planned and needed the tick collars for the trip. I did not receive them until 12 days after I was promised. Therefore one of my dogs was bit by a tick, acquired Anaplasmosis, a very life threatening disease from the tick. I almost lost him due to this disease. He will never be free of this disease, and may have reoccurring outbreaks of it the rest of his life. His blood platelets are critically low and will not rise without a blood transfusion of which I could never afford. So, bc of this darn seller not getting my order out until I started complaining about not receiving it and I was going to contact my credit card and stop payment on it was when I finally received some real tracking numbers and then I finally received it. But it was too late, my dog will forever be burdened with anaplasmosis. This is such a sad event all bc the seller did not send my order out when promised!
So yeah, I did not give Dogcat a good review, only the collars.
OMG, the support is so slow I can't imagine. I am waiting for an important answer to my questions for over a week now. Very bad service
Ordered more than 20 days ago they created a label that never been used yet because product is on backorder and now they say product was shipped.
Bonanza helped me find classic auto parts for a reasonable price that beat EBay and Amazon. I'm a fan!
I have experienced only great people to deal with and sellers who care about their customers. Recommend to all.

My first experience with Bonanza was years ago when I ordered an ipad for my mother for Christmas. The seller had poor communication and at the last minute my ordered was cancelled with no explanation and I was scrambling to buy an ipad with just days until Christmas. I swore I wouldn't use Bonanza again. Fast forward March 25th 2020 I decided to give it another go and purchased some monitors I needed to set up my home office. Seller told me when payment is cleared they would ship. I saw my account was debited on March 26th but didn't receive any communication from the seller. I reached out on April 2nd to ask if it had shipped and I was sent an email saying that my order had been shipped. On April 6th I was feeling antsy about my order, because I needed these monitors to perform my job properly, I again reached out to the seller requesting a tracking #. A couple hours later I receive an email and I quote "I apologize, but we're actually out of stock on this item. Bonanza did not update in time to aura that we are out." What?!?! So now I have to reorder these items and wait for them to come in. How frustrating. So for sure I will never purchase through Bonanza again!
My account is supposed to be activated but I cannot get into it. I have contacted Bonanza but receive no reply so don't bother with them.

I bought jewelry for my wife's birthday. This is not a skill that I have.
The site made it easy and my wife loves her present.
Terrible online service, said they would ship for free to my location, only to get a late email saying shipping would cost an extra $250 dollars.
Free site new member already a sale. Great customer service, fast friendly. Community help
Great to.

Answer: Not fake but not a good site to do business
Answer: Ebay. I always get great customer service from ebay... as a seller. Bonanza provides no customer service; if you have an issue, they just keep sending the same "canned" response over and over... and I had one sale on Bonanza for which they charged me a 17% fee... then they took $25 more out of my bank account... I have addressed both of these issues with Bonanza... Regarding the huge 17% fee... they sent me about seven (7) of the same "canned" response. I wanted a lesser % fee since their website claims they always charge the "lowest fee possible"... just one "canned" response after another... If they would have offered a more reasonable % fee in order to provide me with satisfactory customer service. I would have been satisfied; but they did not... after the seventh "canned" response... I closed my booth... And NOW... EVEN WORSE... they took an additional $25.00 out of my bank account... and for what I have no idea. I called the phone number which was listed with the transaction on my bank account and of course got a recording. I left my information, and it has been four days... and still no response. When you call ebay, you speak to a live person who works to solve your concerns... I HATE BONANZA... and you would think that BONANZA would not want RIDICULOUSLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS... but they do not care. I moved all my ebay items to Bonanza to see if it was a better experience than ebay... ebay's fees are 10%... and they have a much larger shopping audience... and they have real customer service people that you can talk to. Bonanza has a much smaller shopping audience, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, and their goal appears to be to charge sellers the most enormous fees that they can get away with. I never get online to post negative reviews... I generally get online to post about great customer service and great products... I like to keep things on the POSITIVE... but this is just not possible with BONANZA... they are like a Phantom Selling Platform... totally disgusted. I will be reporting BONANZA to the BBB and to the US Attorney General's Office. Very disappointing experience.
Answer: Sellers can create and offer coupons with zero limitations ("Sell on Bonanza > Edit booth options > Discounts & Coupons").
Answer: I set up my account with Bonanza and their platform is pretty much the same as setting up an account with eBay, Etsy, Amazon, etc. What problems are you having?
Answer: I have never seen any benefit to paying extra for advertising. Bonanza just doesnt do it like ebay does. Have you ever seen a Bonanza ad on TV? Nope. And therein lies the problem. Nobody will shop there if they havent heard of it. True many sellers are leaving ebay (or sadly being kicked off by the BS) but nearly everyone goes to Bonanza to SELL not to buy.
Answer: Yes and the answer be sure if ya are absent minded of being taken advantage of..
