Took awhile to get my purchases but considering they were inexpensive I was pretty happy! I bought 3 of the long charge cords as well as a purse insert. Happy with all of them. Lots of negative reviews however my experience was positive. The time it took to receive the items is not all that unusual. I purchase alot online and its usually a shock if I get anything I purchased within a couple of weeks. 6-8 week wait seems to be average for mostcompanies not just this one. I will likely try them again although will be careful what I purchase partly because of the bad reviews, however if my next experience is positive, I will very likely continue to buy from them.
This company does not stand by their product and when you ask to get a refund they do not want to pay your shipping and handling that they charged you then want you to pay shipping and handling to send it back the power washer wand is total junk your sprayer at your kitchen sink has more pressure than the power washer wand I am advising anybody that is trying to buy something for this company to go shop elsewhere
I order this over a month ago and still haven't received it. I contacted them asking for a refund and they give me nothing but the run around. They continue to tell me that they got a new shipment and they give me a tracking number but it never arrives.
I strongly suggest not to buy from them.
I ordered products and was charged shipping. A package came with postage due. Had to drive 20 miles each way to town to pick it up. Before I picked it up, I sent an email to the company. This was their reply -

When I picked up the package and paid the postage due, it was indeed from them. Now I am told it will take up to 5 days or more to process a refund. WHAT A RIPOFF.
Order number *******: Where is my merchandise? It's been three weeks. Representative Cindy L. Assured me via e-mail on 3/10/2017 the matter would be resolved. Then gave me a code for 10% off my NEXT ORDER?! SERIOUSLY?! Why would I order anything from you people when my original order has not, and from what I am experiencing, will not be fulfilled. I will NOT do business with you people anytime in the future and I will be telling everyone to stay away unless they want nothing at all for their money.
Dont buy anything from them! They told me I would receive my package between 4-5 days after purchasing and that was over a month ago. The tracker still says its in Canada! Ive messaged them a few times and all the do is offer 15% discounts and say they are gonna get ahold of the warehouse and call you back... never happens. The dont have a phone number and they dont have a contact or any reviews on their Facebook so people dont know they are a $#*! company. Most of their products have terrible quality so if you want a product dont buy it from boardwalkway. Save your money and buy it somewhere else.
I ordered 4 items and never received them. I ordered in November and 30 days later I contacted them for a status and was told it was back ordered. Not once did I receive notification of this or was told when purchased. Then I was told they would send in about a week, never sent. I was also never notified with a shipping email. Then it took several weeks and emails to get them to respond for them to tell me my items were sent and it was my problem. Money wasted and I will advise everyone NOT to use this company!
Ordered a charger for my phone. Ad said it was in stock and would ship in 24 hours. After placing the order, the confirmation said due to high volume of orders, it would be 2 to 4 weeks to ship. When I emailed them, their response was... The item will be shipped as soon as it is available. I sent them another email two days later stating... Your website still says the item is in stock and will ship in 24 hours, you should stop lying to your customers. I have been exchanging email with Edward N. CSR. I have ordered once in the past and had the same issue, but I did finally get my item and its great. We shall see if this item shows up. I would bet they are using our money to purchase the item from their source. They then must wait to receive it from a 3rd party before shipping to the customer. I wouldn't say it is a total scam, but they are very unethical.
I placed my order Nov. 28th for a couple of Christmas presents. I didn't get them until the day after Christmas taking almost a month to get here. A loom bracelet that I ordered has 600 pieces and it came with a bag of rubber bands and a hook with no instructions or even a picture to figure it out!
I got my package a few days later and it arrived tampered. It was missing my items as well as my samples, the box was ripped and I literally cried. I emailed customer service with photos and they responded to me so fast! They apologized and offered me a refund or replacement! I love their customer service and I will forever continue to shop here.
I ordered two very expensive snorkel face goggles. They sent me a notice they were shipped almost immediately. They never showed! I complained and they showed me new information they had shipped. I may never see my 100.00 dollars or the product again judging from other reviews. My bad, check reviews first!
Very disappointed. Recieved the wrong order. Has to show proof which I did. Was promised the correct order would be shipped out immediately. And 3 weeks later after my event I recieved my correct order. Refused original refund and then sends them out weeks later is just a waste of my money. I had to find my item in the store before my event which ended up in double cost! No one to talk too! All done via email. I will never order from this company again. 7 weeks for the wrong order is unexceptable!
I ordered a bathing suit and it did not look anything like the picture. I did not like it and so I returned it. I did not keep my receipt from the post office when I shipped it back. I have been trying to get my money back but they keep making me jump through all hoops in order to get it back. Once I give them information they ask for, they say they need something else. I am so tired of dealing with them. I now know why they don't have customer service phone numbers... all they would get is complaints all day long.
I always buy something using Boardwalk Buy, and like their good quality and service. But recently, I get an unpleasant shopping, I buy dresses from them but I didn't get any confirmation number after payment, I am worried. So I email their customer service and answered within an hour. Thank goodness, after I contact them I received the confirmation. I was relieved about that. :)
I ordered an item for Christmas on December 2nd figuring it would arrive in time. After three weeks, I tried to notify them via messenger. It take 2-3 weeks for them even to reply with a BS answer requesting further info. I filed a complaint with PayPal and eventually got my item Jan 20th. Today I received a request from Boardwalk Buy requesting further info to find my order. These people have No Clue as to what is going on!
I placed an order on July 31 for some plantar fasciatus socks and they still haven't arrived. The tracking information stopped on August 3. I have left a few emails and they respond, but with the same stupid information that I already have. Today is August 10 and I wonder if I will ever receive the product that I paid for... they sure did charge my credit card right away, but I have to wait and wait and I can't even speak to anyone... this place sucks. NEVER again will I order from them!
The owner of this company doesn't care about the shipping of the products. They don't care if they are selling faulty and defective. Poor agents they are the one who is having a hard time to the company's fault
We ordered 1 item from BoardwalkBuy and they charged our account 4 times for the same order. We notified Visa and disputed the charges. Visa refunded our account for 3 of the bogus charges, we paid the one we owe. Watch it!
After I ordered an item from Boardwalk Buy, I became concerned that it hadn't arrived. It was just at the 7 business days. I did a search to see about order tracking and found this site. I became very concerned and felt thankful that at least I might only lose $15. I emailed them to see if I would get a response and surprisingly they responded right away. Then I check my email this morning and there is a reply with tracking info. I go check my mail and there it is. I wanted to side with everyone and say stay away, but I couldn't. They were timely with order turn around, email response and delivery of product. The product was of decent quality as well. So I guess, maybe buying from Boardwalk buy may be a crap shoot, but it was a good experience for me.
