Ordered Magnetic Tourmaline Neck Pad and told shipping was now going to be 2-4 weeks. Eight weeks later and several emails requesting order to be cancelled and money refunded, I was told they instead reprocessed the order and it would take another 5 to 7 days. Also if I didn't want it I could then send it back for a refund.
A MONTH ago I ordered 3 items---two arrived in a somewhat timely manner. The third has NEVER arrived, but they took my money. I have made 3 separate attempts to messenger their customer contact center-no response, no refund, no explanation, no contact of any kind. I will NEVER order from this site again. Please beware if you do order--they will steal your money eagerly, and then you don't exist to them! If I had option to rate them ZERO, I would.
I ordered something from them and all they can tell me is that the package was given to DHL for shipping, I have never received. DHL says contact Boardwalk Buys. Boardwalk Buys keeps telling me the same stuff - that the package was given to DHL.
This company does not care about customers!

I haven't received my order I have never gotten an update or an actual response.My bank is putting my Money back in my acct and I contacted the BBB and they are already fully aware of this crooked company. On May 15,2017 I ordered 2 Magnetic Thermal Self Heating Neck Pads, and you charged my credit card $29.88. On June 11,2017, I contacted your customer service dept, because I received the items and saw that the product was poorly made, so I requested a refund.
My wife ordered a phone charger solar from this company it was very difficult to get ahold of them she never got a confirmation of the order via email couldn't find a phone number they never returned any emails finally she did get a return email but they said there are no refunds they said the product is now on backorder finally after reading so many reviews of being screwed over and not getting any product we decided to cancel it with our credit card company it's too bad there are so many scams out there like this credit card companies probably are getting tired of it if other people are having the same problems call your credit card company and have the charge reversed

Zero communication after they take your money. Had to contact PayPal and start a dispute. Ordered over a month ago, paid extra for the "tracking" and still have heard NOTHING. Trying to contact them is a ping-pong of trying to get information from consistently different people, explaining and re-explaining. I'll never buy off the internet again.
I placed an order for an inflatable unicorn on the 17th of May. The item description stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and delivered in 2-4 business days. They sent me a tracking number and billed my credit card on the 19th of May. It is now May 31st and the item still has not arrived, nor has DHL received the package. I have sent several emails and all I get are empty promises. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.
I Live Near the Home office of this Company in West Seneca.(Too Bad they don't have Free Pickup there) I Ordered an item that had to be shipped from Mississauga Ontario Canada, about an hour away if traffic is moderate. Took 2 weeks to get it over the Border, then they say 6 weeks after that you should get the product at your door. Unacceptable. I could have driven there & got it in ONE DAY. This is Rediculous. Customer Service did respond quickly but what good is that to me?
I seem to one of many fools that did not check this company out before I placed an order with tbem. I also ordered a power washer on 5/5/17 and after 12 emails with them about false/incorrect tracking info, as of 6/2/17 I have not reveived my order or been able to cancel the order and receive a refund. Do not try to do business with this company.
This company told me my order was on its way. Tracking number provided did not work, and order was never shipped. Requested refund numerous times, wouldn't do it.

This company is awful. It took a month and a half to get my order - they would not respond until I contacted the BBB. Then the product they sent was crap and not as depicted. They say I have to pay to return it - not worth it. Will NEVER waste my money on this crap company again.

Purchased a cellphone charger from them the end of march 2017. After weeks and weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received it or heard anything from them. I looked back in my emails and discovered that i had never even been sent a notification with tracking info. So in the beginning of may, i reached out to them and they got back to me a few days later saying i had given them the wrong address and that it was "returned to them". I looked at the address they had and it was the CORRECT address. So i gave them the same address (again) and they are sending it to me. Ill believe it when i see it (in my mailbox).
Bought a led flashlight. Bought high-end batteries. Though the batteries were the right number, the size was different. I find that the batteries from overseas have a couple different sizes, for the SAME NUMBERED batteries! Well, have bought some more lately, and have used the batteries OK. Check out things carefully when ordering from China.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Received defective product (cheap Chinese piece of crap). Contacted the company and they wanted pictures to prove it didn't work. I did that and then they want me to return the product at my expense! I did that ($2.67) and am still awaiting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered 2 hairbands for my daughter; confirmation email stated it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. It's now been just over a month & they still have not arrived. Been emailing their "customer service" & all I'm getting is "standard form" replies (excuses) with offers of 10% off my next order (yeah, right!). Lesson learned... this "company" is nothing but a scam. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Unless you just want to give your money away; if that's the case, please get in touch with me.
I ordered Christmas presents on Dec. 13th with a guarantee they would ship in 2 days and I would received them by Christmas, I still haven't received them. So I had to go out and buy more Christmas presents locally. I emailed them just to get an automated email saying we received your email, but it might take up to 4-5 days before we respond back due to heavy demands. Five days later I receive an email saying we are sorry you haven't received your order it should ship in 4-5 business days, and we will be happy to give you a 10$ off coupon for your next order, we are just overwhelmed with orders and not enough employees. That email I received on Christmas Eve. They don't have a problem charging your credit card though. It is now Dec. 30th and nothing. I am working now with my credit card to reverse the charges.
I purchased a dress and when I received it 3 weeks later, not the 5-7 business days as stated at the time of purchase, it looked NOTHING like the dress on the website! The dress is much shorter and poorly made, I wouldn't be caught dead in it. I sent an email but haven't received a response. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Bought a flat iron from here paid express for shipping and it took longer than the 2 day I paid for, I reached out to the shipper and they apologized and give me a 15% for the next use but I have not shopped here after do not want to take the chance, but product was ok =
I made a purchase -- just a small one, but one day after purchase, they lowered the price. Right away I e-mailed them asking for the price difference. Today, weeks later, I received a response simply stating "price increase." What? The price was lowered one day after I purchased. I thought I was entitled to a refund of the difference. They are indeed hardup in the customer service area.
