Period. When I complained, it took a while for them to get back... and in the meantime I had worn the product. When they did get back, they offered me a full refund for a return... it was too late, but they gave me a credit for my inconvenience. I thought that was very gracious.
I received my iphone USB drive today. Exactly as I ordered and I can confirm that it works flawlessly on iPhone 6+ iOS version 9. 3. 3. Very happy with the seller and product was shipped to me very fast.
I have phone case last month, hard plastic, color and pattern exactly like the picture in the description.
Ordered a Samsung phone charger last month - in the ad both the title and the image showed that it was a Samsung brand charger. Finally received the charger (after a long delay) and what I received was NOT a Samsung charger but a no brand cheap knock off charger. I would NEVER have purchased this if I had known it was a generic charger. Have contacted them twice requesting a full refund but they will not give a full refund, they will not reimburse for shipping either way. There is NO way I am going to lose money when these guys pulled a Bait and Switch - which is illegal BTW. Finally put in a claim to paypal today, hope I will be able to get all of my money back. The kicker here is that they suggested I keep the charger and they would give me a 20% discount off of a future purchase. Yea, right... like I am going to order more stuff from them! Unbelievable... the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am hoping these posts will help future customers think twice before purchasing. Wish I had done some research on this company first.
Took awhile to get my purchases but considering they were inexpensive I was pretty happy! I bought 3 of the long charge cords as well as a purse insert. Happy with all of them. Lots of negative reviews however my experience was positive. The time it took to receive the items is not all that unusual. I purchase alot online and its usually a shock if I get anything I purchased within a couple of weeks. 6-8 week wait seems to be average for mostcompanies not just this one. I will likely try them again although will be careful what I purchase partly because of the bad reviews, however if my next experience is positive, I will very likely continue to buy from them.
After reading these reviews I'm almost afraid to write a good review! But I have had a good experience with Boardwalkbuy. I have purchased the Aluma wallet, a slim bag in bag purse organizer, 3-1 Stylish Smartphone Wallet/Wristlet and a Comfort Contol Dog Harness. I had emailed some questions before ordering the dog harness and received a prompt response answering my questions and helping me decide which size I should order. I knew going in, that with the cheap prices, it may not be the best quality. But I'm honestly happy with every one of my purchases. I did pay attention to measurements to make sure the items would work for me. All things were made in China and not the highest quality but for the price, they are fine. I don't think I would order something that is suppose to "work", unless I don't mind spending the little cost and taking the gamble that it could work. Anyway, shipping was reasonable and timely. I think it all arrived with in a week. I will order from again, with caution on what items I order.
I ORDERED 2 WALLETS IN NOVERMBER AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND NEVER GOT IT ON TIME. STILL TRYING TO RETURN FOR REFUND.
I just want to update my review of boardwalk as they have reached out to me and are giving me a full credit for this product... now that is MUCH better and what should be done.
I will now change my rating as I think if a company will rectify the issues they deserve to be acknowledged for it!
