DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have been waiting since November for my product and all I get is a computer generated note stating I will be contacted and it NEVER is. I write them every other day and nothing!

I ordered BBA mats from them on the 10th of May said they would be here 5 to 8 day have not received them. This is the 22nd of May! Tried to contact could not except through email. VERY VERY POOR Service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered an item from them on 04/22/17 and it still hasn't been delivered even though it was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. I should have read reviews before I ordered. Don't be scammed!

After waiting TWO MONTHS for my order, one item didn't arrive with the order. They make excuses and the only offer is a 15% discount on future orders. Everything is cheap junk with no instructions.

Purchased item over a month in a half ago and still no product! Fake tracking number says no more information. Asked for my money back and the replied send the product back first lol!

I order on 12/30/16 expecting maybe 7-10 days after not receiving it within the expected time I instant messaged the company as this was the way they sent me my order confirmation, they told me they could not find my order even tho I gave them the order number. After messaging further details about the order they took 3-4 days to respond when they told me they were sorry for the inconvenience but they would research it and get back with me. The never did. So I emailed them, again another 7-8 days went by when they responded with a auto response saying they would look in to my issue and offer a 10% off my next purchase (no thanks at this point) long story short after 6 weeks I finally received a response that supposedly the items I ordered were on back order I should expect them the end of that week. I waited til the end of that week nd nothing... I waited another 5-6 days just to give them the benefit of the doubt, still nothing. So i disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded the money. Oddly enought the VERY NEXT DAY Boardwalk sent me an email the the items shipped. Dont know what to say about that but I dont think I will do business with them again.

I bought a Galaxy 7 wireless charger. The shipment wasn't done ontime, I tried to cancel the order. They would not cancel it. Then, when I did recieve it, it doesn't consistently, so I have tried to rerurn. I sent 2 emals to them and have not gotten a response. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Warning: They are a ripoff.

I ordered a pressure washer by way of their Facebook advertising. I did not receive an order number or an email confirmation so I thought the order did not go through. Well, lo and behold, what comes in the mail but the pressure washer. OK, good. I have a project where I can use it.
Well, when I tried to attach it to my hose I discovered that the connector will not fully thread onto the hose. I tried three different hoses in the hope that, perhaps, it was due to a defect in my hose. Nope! The connector will not even connect to the hose adapter that came with it. Since it will not make a tight connection it does not seal and water spews out of the handle with only a trickle coming from the business end of the washer. Totally useless.
I sent an email to express my displeasure and (to their credit) I received a prompt response asking the nature of the problem followed by another email asking for an order number (which I did not get) and photos of the problem. After several back and forth emails they are now asking for a return of the product (at my expense) before they can send another one. The pressure washer is not very well made and I am not going to spin my wheels in an attempt to secure another one. I will most likely just throw it away and chalk it up to experience.
I should have known better and will definitely not buy any more products from this company.

I ordered 4 items, i recieved 3 of the item and 1 item is still missing... ive messaged them on facebook and sent email to them... no response. Im waiting for my wireless charger but i guess i got scammed... i heard it was not a good item. Boy i wish i would have found this reviews before i ordered... i want a company that i can get a hold of by calling. This waiting for them to respond by email is ridiculous. This day and age only scam companies do that crap. I wish i wouldve checked them out beforehand... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF IT WAS REAL YOU WOULD HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL... WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought an item first week of December, got it the second week of December. It didn't work. Called their 24/7 phone number 5 times, different days (no one ever answered, no option to leave a msg). I checked with BBB for complaints -- none -- filed one. The business responded saying, return the item, we'll refund. I requested return address/ return label (purchased through an entity called ecommerce, so where does the return go?). No label or answer forthcoming so I went to Post Office, and they used the return address on the original pkg. I paid the postage. And a month later (yesterday) the pkg shows ups on my doorstep as "not deliverable -- vacant." I emailed their 24/7 site and they said "Sorry, here's a link to our return policy and you can't have a refund." Why would they not answer my question in the first place? Forewarned, folks. They got nearly $50.00 out of me with almost half of it in wasted postage. Suckered by the silent treatment and then their so-called "policy." Thank goodness the majority of internet businesses are not that way. Can't trust BoardwalkBuy or their customer service.
