Worst company ever!

Refuse to refund if product does not work. Finally had to get my money back through Paypal. Fought with this company for over a month to try and settle this!

HORRIBLE!

I placed an order July 16th and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same story. "It's enough and shou, d arrive in 7-10 days" I was told last week that if I didn't receive it by Monday (yesterday) that they would resend even tho I have asked many times for a refund and have been denied. I emailed yesterday to say I haven't received it yet and got a response of "please wait 4-6 days" I went to respond to that and now have been blocked from sending emails. This order wasn't just a few dollars either was a substantial amount of money I am out.
There shouldn't be an option for a star rating for them.
RUN LIKE HELL!

Idiots is right

I agree with the 5/16/18 description if "Idiots" I even told them that in one of my nine emails to them. After several weeks of my package not being in transit, they informed me it was a DHL problem. I found that to be a lie and have on 5 or 6 emails demanded a refund which they absolutely ignore. They are incompetent and deceptive, and in my opinion, a scam. They continued to put me off three and a half weeks till they were able to send the package, against my request. And I'm sure they will in no way issue a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>

Ordered a Samsung phone charger last month - in the ad both the title and the image showed that it was a Samsung brand charger. Finally received the charger (after a long delay) and what I received was NOT a Samsung charger but a no brand cheap knock off charger. I would NEVER have purchased this if I had known it was a generic charger. Have contacted them twice requesting a full refund but they will not give a full refund, they will not reimburse for shipping either way. There is NO way I am going to lose money when these guys pulled a Bait and Switch - which is illegal BTW. Finally put in a claim to paypal today, hope I will be able to get all of my money back. The kicker here is that they suggested I keep the charger and they would give me a 20% discount off of a future purchase. Yea, right... like I am going to order more stuff from them! Unbelievable... the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am hoping these posts will help future customers think twice before purchasing. Wish I had done some research on this company first.

I ORDERED 2 WALLETS IN NOVERMBER AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND NEVER GOT IT ON TIME. STILL TRYING TO RETURN FOR REFUND.

I just want to update my review of boardwalk as they have reached out to me and are giving me a full credit for this product... now that is MUCH better and what should be done.
I will now change my rating as I think if a company will rectify the issues they deserve to be acknowledged for it!

Fraud company
November 24, 2016

After almost 2 months Paypal finally got my order for me. They have no resolution center and will not let you cancel your order even after weeks of not shipping yet they charge your account ASAP after you order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this scam-artist unless you like drama!

i ordered the phone cable charger for android and i phone
two of them didnt work at all and one of the android chargerS EXPLODED!!!
Although you fast to respond to my request for a refund...its only 30 days...it took WEEKS to get my original order.
so CLEARLY i am BEYOND 30 days.
i WOULD NOT!!!!!!!! RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! i would have given A ZERO RATING....but that wasnt an option

Big Scam

Deserves no stars and to be put out of business
No address for company on their website
Send you wrong item, which is cheap piece of crap
Ask for pictures of wrong item out of the package, before authorizing return
Ask for tracking # of return item
Will not tell you how much refund will be
Item is worth less than postage and tracking
PayPal is no help in getting your money back

Ordered on Dec 10, and was debited from Paypal the same day, never received a tracking number or received the item. Contact with them is answered by what look like a boiler plate answer "Sorry for the delay Bhla bhla bhla" this is December 18 and I don't have a shipping No. Yet. I don't think I will ever get my item. This is purley a scam to use your money for as long as they can before you raise kain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER you will regret it, and they could not care less.

Suprised that a site like this hasnt been shutdown. Using zendesk to track tickets is your first sign that they will not resolve the issue. Ill be lucky if I ever receive my order. Super bummed

I am so irate because my credit card company just found in favor of this corrupt merchant simply because the merchant showed proof that SOMETHING was sent to me. You know what was sent to me? Half my order. I received half my order 2 weeks after I was supposed to get it, after requesting a refund and sending emails for weeks on end. And because this company has proof that SOMETHING was sent and delivered (left at the door) my credit card, who must be as gullible as I was to buy from this site, believed that the merchant sent me my entire order. So now, after disputing this for over a month, being told by my credit company that I do not need to return my order after numerous attempts of requesting a refund and order cancellation, they now changed their mind and not only are charging me for the item I did receive and threw out, but even the one I did not receive. The one that was never in the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE DISGUSTINGLY CORRUPT.
