It took 3 weeks to arrive (surprisingly coming all the waybfrom China in a tiny package and when it did their was only ONE panel in the package. Kicker? I can get a refund if I pay to ship it back to NY. I already paid to ship it to me! It was their error. BUYER BEWARE!

On November 2,2016 I ordered two inflatable reindeer games for toddlers. I truly thought I would receive them by December 2,2016 for an extended family Christmas get together. I was anticipating 10 toddlers to attend our gathering.
Well, no luck. Never received an answer to my emails. There's no phone listed to contact customer service and I seriously doubt they even have a customer service department.
Today is January 5,2017 and I just received the games. A bit late for the holidays. No apology note enclosed, never an email. I'm so mad that I want to warn other good people to NEVER EVER ORDER FROM BOARDWALK BUY. THE DEALS MAY LOOK FABULOUS, BUT GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR ORDER. THEY ARE A SHAM!

I placed an order on November 7 and it said it would be delivered within a week. Have sent them multiple emails and every single time the response is, "Sorry this item is on back order but we will be receiving thousands of new items early next week." DON'T BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM
Numerous people including myself have not received our orders, plus no reply to emails sent over 2 weeks, no contact telephone number. Reported my transaction to PAYPAL hopefully i'll get my money back.

I ordered the curtain lights on Thanksgiving, I have emailed multiple times and get the same canned response, no real person. No merchandise received and it is now a month later. I wish I would have checked for complaints prior to ordering, as I would not have placed an order. Obviously threw my money away. I have requested a refund, and of course not receiving any response. Why are you still posting items to buy when you are a SCAM COMPANY?
My credit card was charged the very day I ordered in mid Nov. Never received the merchandise and have not been able to contact anyone to help me get my money back (over $100). If I had read the reviews first, I would never had ordered from this place! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY--A COMPLETE FRAUD!
To reinforce the other reviewer, it was not only just a piece of cheap material, it even had Chinese writing on it. Not at all what I needed for my neck problem.
Never buy anything from this company. The items I received were broken, the return shipping is more than my refund. Their customer service is garbage also.
If you need your purchase within 5 weeks or less, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'm pretty sure the only reason I got my purchase at all was because I initiated a dispute with their so called "guarantee" program to request a refund. Then, magically, something that had been sitting in a warehouse in China for a month somehow managed to make its way to the United States in a matter of days. By this time I had already given up and ordered another item from a different company, so all I wanted was a refund. BUT, in order to get a refund, I was told that I'd have to pay the return shipping to send the item back to them before they would process a refund. There is no way I'm paying 2 shipping charges to get a refund. So I guess I'm just stuck with the stupid thing. AVOID, BEWARE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
I ordered a wall sticker for $12.49. After a month I still have not received it. So I emailed this company to find out that THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER due to risk of fraud.? I was never notified or contacted also told to use a more secure web-site or a different card. WHAT? My home computer and I used PAYPAL. What is more secure. This company is a joke. Loved it i got my stuff within a few days of getting the tracking number absolutely worth it. They look just like the order, i got chargers and bags which is awesome to get so quickly.

I purchased two Picture Keeper drives to transfer photos from my phone to my computer. These USELESS drives arrived with absolutely NO DIRECTIONS on how to use. This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS. If you are stupid enough to buy ANYTHING from them, YOU DESERVE IT!
Nasty scammers, buy something from a uk address, it gets delivered from a uk address (if ever). Any problems they dodge UK law by having to send faulty goods to TORONTO! At your cost by fully tracked post. This will cost more than some of the worthless junk they sell. So be warned, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
On 12/01/2016 I ordered a Wireless Charger Charging Pad for $14,99 plus $3.49 shipping. The company confirmed my order the same day. According to the company's current website, the item is "In-Stock - Ships in 24 hours." On 12/06/2016, when I had not received a notice of ship, I contacted the company by email. Alex R. Replied and said:
"Your order has been received and is currently being processed. As we are now in our holiday season, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days, as stated on our website. Once shipped you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. Delivery can take up to 3-5 business days."
On 12/15/2016 when I had received neither the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number, I sent an email saying, "Since it has now been 14 days and I have not received notification of shipping, please cancel the order..."
On 12/21/2016 Larry B. Replied and said, "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to [sic] cancel at this point."
It is now 12/22/2016 and I still have not received the product nor the confirmation email with a tracking number. It appears that I will not have the product in time for Christmas.
Based on my experience I suggest that you not do business with Boardwalkbuy.
I purchased one of those brush detangler straightener devices. It took almost a month to get delivered. Kind of what I expected. I also was expecting it not to work for my hair since I have extremely curly, very prone to frizz hair. That didn't really bother me as I wasn't expecting it to work. But when it arrived, it was obviously used. It smelled very off... There was also a hair stuck in between those tooth things. Pretty gross... :( I may regift it... I doubt they'd take it back. Luckily I didn't spend much at all.
