I should have read the reviews before buying from this website. I ordered an item from this website on March 22,2018 and today is April 17,2018 still waiting. I contact the customer service, Angelica response was the same response that some of these customers received. I ask for a refund, Angelica again response, they already shipped the item and that was last week, still waiting for the item. SCAMS! I'm going to file a claim with Attorney General so they know of what is going on with this website letting them know that we been scam!

Becoming VERY skeptical
December 21, 2016

I ordered the curtain lights on Dec. 14th-it hasn't been that long, but after reading many reviews about this company, I'm getting worried. The only e-mail I rec'd from them was the day I ordered & paid was that my order was rec'd. Well, it's a week and no shipping confirmation-nothing, so I e-mailed them inquiring as to the status. I probably won't hear from them either.

Customer service, Patrick specifically is likely a computer and sends the standard (same) response. I purchased something and they sent the wrong item and he keeps saying it was the correct item. It clearly is not and I sent them pictures and they don't care... it's a true scam! Scammers Scammers Scammers... They won't let me return them either so I am screwed either way! Do not purchase anything from this company! They are liars!

I will never order from them again. What a joke. If you decide to order something be aware buyer be aware! You may get it as stated or months or never. Very poor company in my opinion and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Ridiculous
June 24, 2017

I ordered from this company over a month ago. I was told my item would ship in 24 hours. 2 weeks later, I received a tracking number that didn't even exist. When I contacted them, I was told at that point, my item was on backorder and I would receive it by the end of the week. No one even bothered to let me know that until I contacted them. So, I got a tracking update tonight stating my package had been delivered to the "door/front porch." I would be really happy if I lived in Louisiana, but I live in Nashville Tennessee. Hopefully I can get my money back... Im not very hopeful.

Waiting for time for some items. The few orders I had problems were promptly resolved by customer support! Communication updating me on the status of my order is fast and clear. Customer support is versatile and operational.

What a ripoff

Placed an order and paid for it. It's been 18 days and always get the run around on reply emails. I will not order anything else from them and will continue to harass them until I get my money returned.

One month and still no product. Tracking email indicates product is still in Canada,
At least I didn't loose big money - I'll consider this the cost of learning a lesson and research more before buying. I did look at their reviews from their site when I ordered - all were very good - duh!
Bogus "company" stay away!
Also sent email to them via their web site asking if they could check my order - OF COURSE - no reply.

Faulty product
October 25, 2017

I did receive my product 25 days after purchase. However, I was surprised nothing was damaged because of poor packaging from CHINA. I purchased the Snapup Shelves and they failed miserably. The wouldn't stay up on the walls regardless of the composite of the wall. There just is not enough pressure to hold them. If they could fix that issue they would be great, they are sturdy and well sized. Too bad they don't work as advertised. I'm waiting for instructions for return and refund. I will Review that if or when that happens.

Bougjt two Anti Snore Device Sleep Aids from this so called company. If they worked I'd be happy, but they dont work. They are just a plastic pieces of junk the they conveniently say no returns on for hygenic purposes. This would be ok IF they did something more than just stick out if your nose. Taking it up with Paypal now!

BIGGEST POS COMPANY

Ordered in December and didn't receive my items when 4-5 shipping days advertised. On December 27th I contacted them to cancel the order since holidays were over. They said my order was in transit. Order still not received Jan 4. Emailed 3x, no response. Contacted Paypal and escalated to a claim, 2 days later $#*!ty products showed up that have shipping label from Jan 5th. Everything they told me was a lie, and shipped products after I told them to cancel. Better Business Bureau has over 450 complaints about this company. Save yourself the trouble and buy off amazon.

They list fast shipping and state it will be shipped within 24 hours. Two weeks later it still shows as unfulfilled. I email the company and receive a reply that they had a unexpected increase in sales and that it would be 4-5 days. When I reply back asking if that is 4-5 days before it is shipped or until I receive it. I get a response from the same person, with a totally different reply and that the will ship it as soon as they receive it from their vendor. When I question him about this, I get a reply that he will check into the matter. He NEVER could answer what he meant by 4-5 days. I had to ask for a refund and file suit with PayPal before I got the product. I looked on the postmark and it was marked the same day I opened a PayPal complaint.

Is it a scam?

I was intrigued by the magnetic tourmaline neck pad when it showed up in my Facebook feed. However I could not in good conscience order the product as I found a major typo in reading the copy. It made me question whether this product really works or is a scam.

I ordered products Dec11,2016. They charged me the same day yet I'm still waiting for items. I wrote twice they responded once, apologizing with a 10% discount on next purchase. Wrote again and they never responded. Now I have filed a dispute but have again heard nothing. Terrible way for a company to make money!

I ordered some umbrellas from the same company CaseScense and have been talking to Jorge who was suppose to replace my defected umbrellas i sent him a video of and now he just dodges me. What business does that and expect to keep good customers. The umbrellas that was not defected, my manager saw and wanted me to order her one. I just was silences and said let me see something first. So i sent him another email and still no response. Until i get the order for what i paid for, you'll will have a bad reputation.

Stay away!

I ordered a set of earphones which seemed to be a good deal and promised five to seven day shipping. 3 weeks later I emailed them and receive the reply the next day from Patrick S stating that due to an unexpected delay my product was being backordered and I would receive it in 4 to5 more business days and also offered me a 10% off coupon. A week later I emailed them again and received a response that they were looking into it. Finally received my merchandise three days later. This was meant to be a gift for someone... guess that didn't happen.

Inexpensive

Took awhile to get my purchases but considering they were inexpensive I was pretty happy! I bought 3 of the long charge cords as well as a purse insert. Happy with all of them. Lots of negative reviews however my experience was positive. The time it took to receive the items is not all that unusual. I purchase alot online and its usually a shock if I get anything I purchased within a couple of weeks. 6-8 week wait seems to be average for mostcompanies not just this one. I will likely try them again although will be careful what I purchase partly because of the bad reviews, however if my next experience is positive, I will very likely continue to buy from them.

This company does not stand by their product and when you ask to get a refund they do not want to pay your shipping and handling that they charged you then want you to pay shipping and handling to send it back the power washer wand is total junk your sprayer at your kitchen sink has more pressure than the power washer wand I am advising anybody that is trying to buy something for this company to go shop elsewhere
