I ordered 2 hair straightening brushes and it was a Christmas gift, however, I ordered in November. After Christmas I requested to send them back because these brushes were pure junk, didn't even turn on... nothing... both of them! I contacted them, followed their instructions, and returned them (costing me $16 to return to them). I sent them the tracking number and they answered about a week later saying that these are past the 30 day return policy and they could not refund my order! The best part was they aren't returning my brushes either - Really?! I am quite certain this is illegal - I mean, they can't keep the brushes AND not refund me. I am contacting their corporate office, Better Business Bureau and any other entity to rectify this fraudulent company. Thankfully I worked in the legal world for over 25 years so I will also be contacting an attorney for assistance. Companies can't get away with doing this!
Purchased and paid for item on 4/3/17. Its 5/3/17 and no item, no "it was shipped", no way on their site to check STATUS (which is pathetic not to have). They only respond if you contact them via email saying, "oh, its on back-order" but they will not professionally do so by contacting you. They are a horrible organization as evidenced by their rating, and I will never use them again and advise no one does... They got 1 Star from me because I could not give a ZERO.
While I will say the order time for me was fine and I was sent tracking information... it arrived in the original box like some one just threw in the mail. One side completely opened. Surprised it didn't get lost by falling out. Used it on wood deck and really nothing. We used on siding of home after algaecide was applied and it was helpful. But other than that save your money.
I order the hose attachment turns your hose into a power sprayer. Got a shipping number and the order hasn't still been pick up. Called the shipping company and was told they ship bulk and haven't told them to come get it. I have tried and tried to contact the company and I get no response. Even tho on Facebook messenger the auto reply says someone will contact you in 24-48 hrs. It's been a week and half.
They have no means to contact them but through Facebook messenger which after sending messages through it for 2 weeks now has been turned off. Email messages only return a computer generated response and it's not helpful. I don't want a 10% discount on my next order as I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.
I want to return a product that I purchased as a Christmas gift that doesn't work. Such a disappointment that noone can provide me with a return address for this company so I can send the product back even if I have to pay the shipping... I don't know where to send it and boardwalk buy is not responding to tell me.
I am currently waiting for 2 orders that promised 5-7 days delivery. Neither will even be shipped in that time frame let alone be delivered. Both are out of stock and are listed as unfulfilled. I only found this out after I emailed them asking where the product was, These items are still being advertised as delivery in 5-7 days and they know they don't even have the product in stock.
In early June, I ordered an item from Boardwalkbuy.com. I needed it then for a household project. After three weeks or so, I had not received the item, so I contacted the company, only to find out that the order had not yet been filled. I asked them to cancel the order. They refused giving me some exclude as to why they could not do this. Weeks later, the item arrived. I contacted them again and told them I was sending it back refused and unopened. Weeks have gone by, and you guessed it -- no refund has been posted to my account. What a terrible company!
If the product is described as 57% cotton, and it arrives 100% polyester, I consider that misrepresentation.
Period. When I complained, it took a while for them to get back... and in the meantime I had worn the product. When they did get back, they offered me a full refund for a return... it was too late, but they gave me a credit for my inconvenience. I thought that was very gracious.
Order a necklace for my granddaughter at the beginning of December comma and still have not seen it on December 17th. I sent an email asking what the status was. Received a response today, December 21st, letting me know that I would not have it for my granddaughter for Christmas. For my inconvenience, I get 10% off my next order. Not going to happen, and there will be no next order. Very disappointed and told the company so..
So sorry and shocked to read all the bad reviews about this company. I ordered a pair of hair comb straighteners. They said it would take a couple of weeks to deliver. It arrived in about a week and I am very happy with my purchase. I missed the first delivery due to being at work and I emailed them and received a swift response with instructions on what to do. However my item was delivered the next day. No problems and very happy.
I tried to purchase from them but too many games and hidden charges. I "spun the wheel" and won $5 which was enough to cover shipping, but then could not check out. They did not respond to repeated messages. If you order from them, be sure to check the shipping fee. I added one free item and my shipping fee went from $4.95 to over $100! I have never seen anything like this and I have been shopping online since the 90's!
This company is awful. It took about 3 weeks to receive my first order and it ended up being the wrong size, I had to pay for the shipping back and about 4 weeks later I get the exchange product which was a completely different swimming suit than I ordered. Would not send me a return label even though I have no use for it. Said please don't send my real order, just give me a refund, told me to deny the delivery but I was out of the country so couldn't. Will not send me a return label. I now have two crap swimming suits and lost the cost of the suit and first return. Offered me a 15% discount on next purchase even though it's pretty clear I will never buy from them again.
Ordered the High Pressure Power Washer on 5/4, received an email that said it had shipped (lie), and it is now 5/23 and tracking shows it is still waiting to be shipped.
Told support I wanted to cancel and was told I could NOT since the order was being processed. Had to wait until the order arrived (when?) and REFUSE to accept it.
What type of process is that?
BoardwalkBuy is receiving bad reviews for a reason. They are justified!
Watch out, this company will take your money and you will never receive the product. They advertise on Facebook frequently so I believe this is where they get most of their scam business. They are filthy con artists. Stay away, you will NEVER get what you ordered.
I was having some trouble with my item because there is no movement with my tracking and I need to email there customer service and they told me that my item was lost in transit upon delivery. I'm worried because I really need the item as soon as possible, gladly they were capable and able to help me sort out my issue in record time. They make sure that my item will be deliver in the promise date and after 14 days I got the packaged. It was a tough experience but worth it. They also give me some freebies and another discount that I can use to my next transaction.
This is a heads up. Be careful when you order from Boardwalk Buy. I ordered some items as Christmas gifts and as as of today I still have not received them. They said that I would get a full refund if I returned the items, but I have to have them to return them. I ordered these items Dec 1. The contact number is no longer in service and the only communication I have is through emails and their replies are very irregular and are standard responses.
I urge everyone to please read the reviews and comments of companies that appear on Facebook.
The other reviews already highlight the problems, so I won't go into chapter and verse.
In summary, an order placed for goods to be shipped in 1-2 days have not materialised, Chasers get various excuses, from 'it's out of stock and we're getting it in next week' to 'it's being processed'.
Needless to say it's six weeks later and nothing received.
These crooks won't even let you cancel your order!
This is now in the hands of our credit card company to cancel our transaction.

I purchased my product on 11/28/16. Today is 1/9/17. I have not received my product yet. I have wrote to customer service 6 times. 4 of the times, I got an instant message to give them my order number and they will look into it. They have contacted me once, to let me know they are looking into it. Still no response.
We are not at all happy with the customer service department. We need to return the
Water jet cleaning solutions, and they came short of calling me a liar. My husband purchased one and so did I. He said that I only show that we purchased one. My husband ordered his on TV and they said that they do not advertise on TV, yet on their web site they have a whole section of Items shown on TV. I sent pictures of the 2 and I keep getting the email back as undelivered.
I was having some trouble with the repeater they delivered and got to email them and they are very capable and able to help me sort out my issue in record time. They make sure everything was in order.
