They are scam companY! Boxes come from China 4 weeks to receive order. Nobody ever picks up the phone, nobody communicates on instructions for refund Complete scam, can not believe I fell for it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought 2 scones. They arrive not as described. I contacted customer service for support and replacement. They kept saying they shipped new product. It's never come and now they ghosted me. Like other reviews 'Stephanie' is a fake customer service associate that responded to email then stopped helping. I've tried to resolve through BBB. BO HA will not reply to BBB. I've opened complaints with the state attorney general and my Cc company. Unfortunately I'm out my electrician cost and maybe my money depending on my CC dispute resolution. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY from them. Like other reviews - they blamed me for their deceptive and horrible business practices.

Terrible.

Light arrived and did not work out of the box. They offer no warranty and no customer service. They ignored my calls and emails until I started writing honest reviews, then the emailed me to say I'm hurting their "small business". No mention of their garbage products not working, just their selfish cash grabbing greedy selves. Avoid this trash company run by trash people selling trash products.

BO-HA lights
November 19, 2024

I bought a pair of wall scones. The plate is 3" which is not standard for the US. After buying for more than $200, my builder found them for $15 on Aliexpress! AND when I tried to return them because they didn't fit in our box, the never let me!

Purchase 6 months ago while Reno's going on. Finally went to install and just opened the box. These lights are not certified and no electrician will touchthem.
They look great in photos, but very cheap. The light bulbs will not even go in the socket along with other issues.
The company will not stand behind their product.

We bought 5 lights for our brand new house.
Unfortunateluly they could not be installed by our electrician due to the lack of CUL certification. I have been told we would be refunded and am still waiting for my money! After more than 1 month that the lights made it back to their facility. Very nice lights though!
Make sure they are what you need!

On December 11,2023, I reached out to them per the instructions on their website to return sconces I had purchased. Based on the condition of the packaging it looks like someone has opened these before, and they overall just didn't look like the quality that they seemed to be on the website. I didn't like them at all, and figured the process would be simple given that their website specifically says says "24/7 support" and "easy returns no questions asked". Apparently that's a flat out lie because it's been 8 months, a dozen unanswered calls and voicemails, and over 40 ignored emails and I'm still stuck with sconces I don't want. Will never purchase anything from here again, biiiiig mistake :(

Ordered a sconce, was told it left the warehouse. A month later I still hadn't received the package. They couldn't give me a tracking number, and would takes weeks to reply. Got the sconce and it was smaller than the measurements mentioned on the site. I have been trying to get a return going and the customer service rep "Stephanie" has now ghosted me via email. During this entire time I have tried to reach them via phone several times and they have never not once picked up the phone or returned a phone call. Save your money and buy from a reliable company because this one is not it.

I got the item that doesn't really look like the mockup they have on their website. I returned the item, never got a refund. They completely vanished the moment I did the return.

Tip: search the picture from their website on google image and find the ali express seller that sells the same thing for 20% the price.

Edit: after writing this review the company called me and offered to refund. I would still not trust them.

I'm an interior designer and this was my first and last purchase with BoHa Studios. I ordered five separate vases (NOT a set) and the five trickled in over the course of two months --- well beyond the time frame I needed them. Despite numerous emails to support, I've never received an RA or address. Now I'm scared I'll never receive my money if I do return them somehow.

I placed an order on Nov 28. When I saw my card was charged, yet days later I had no order receipt or shipping update I emailed teh company. They took FOREVER to get back with me, stating someone would be in touch within 48 hours. Since then it's been a nightmare. Fake tracking numbers, false updates and no communication from them other than one or two canned responses. I have left several voicemails--what a joke! The VM went o a children's museum one time, then they changed the contact number on the website. I wouldn't be surprised if all these positive reviews are fake. Please shut this business down. They are a scam and practice false and misleading advertising. No 24/7 support. No order shipped in 2-4 days as the site says. A month laster and no one can tell me the status of my order. I've disputed charges to avoid the refund nightmare so many others unfortunately experienced.

Nice pictures. Ordered 2 different models and received only partial order. No tracking info sent despite what they claimed and their "California" number for support ALWAYS goes to voice mail. No one returns your calls.
Their supposedly 24/7 customer service means you can email anytime you want - just do not expect any answer.
Oh, their lamps are not certified electrically for the countries they are selling in!
Company is registered in Delaware, with phone in CA and boxes coming from China.
Their people's email signatures have names and pictures - most likely fakes

My experience with Bo-Ha.com was nothing short of a disaster. Their website is a complete mess, riddled with technical issues and broken links that make it nearly impossible to navigate. It's clear that they have zero regard for providing a user-friendly online shopping experience.

To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I reached out multiple times with inquiries and concerns, only to be met with long response times or completely ignored. It's as if they have no interest in addressing customer needs or resolving issues.

I just read the reviews. Why did i not check this prior.oh dear Stephanie Davis whoever u really are...she seemed oh so helpful and offering me discount offers and pursuing me when my order was in limbo.oh i thought i was gonna get some nice lights...as soon as pulled out of the box the quality did not live up.no instructions...to add to the whole thing. I put the lights together and went to unscrew the bulbs and the whole item was defective...basically SCAM of crap lights. I am now pursuing with Paypal and have added some of the reviews to prove. I hit dear Stephanie up as she seemed so sweet. I asked the question on how to look up my tracking no.no reply then when i wrote back that i feel this is a scam and i will pursue with Paypal she finally replied and was actually a little horrible and i thought that was weird for me to ask how to track...anyhow now not one reply regarding my faulty lights.im gonna fight for my money back and screw me paying to send back faulty products...HONESTLY do ur research...i just learnt the hard way

Full of crap

Be careful w/ BO-HA and their poor customer support. They took a month to ship my order (ignoring most of my email correspondence - I only received 3 emails over that period of time with exceptionally vague information) and are now ghosting me on a replacement for product that was damaged/bent once I finally received everything. They say they offer 24/7 support, but this is far from the truth. I have sent 4 emails since receiving the damaged pendant lights and have gotten no response yet.

The products look nice, but they also look drop-shipped from China with questionable packaging and no installation instructions or other material on the product you ordered. Literally, I received a busted box w/ 3 pendant lights in it...and no inserts to help me understand the mounting hardware they included, nothing that refers to BO-HA as a company at all, etc...

I would stay MILES away from these people.

However, the issues weren't limited to their website. Their level of customer service was dismal. I repeatedly asked for help, only to be treated with unhelpful, formulaic responses and lengthy response times. It is clear that they are not interested in responding to client inquiries or offering any kind of assistance.Bo-Ha.com was nothing short of a nightmare for me. Their website is a complete mess, with a clumsy interface and numerous broken links. They obviously don't care about making buying simple and convenient for customers.

Buyer Beware

This company does not live up to its claims. It absolutely does not provide 24/7 customer service with e-mail or phone service. When you call the customer service phone number you get a message that says " the person you are trying to contact is not available "; they take at least 24-48 hours to respond to e-mail, if at all. They do not ship Fed Ex in 2-4 days. The use the US Postal Service and it takes 3-4 weeks to receive your order. After all that they sent me the wrong item and trying to get an exchange is proving extremely difficult. They have not responded to my e-mails with photos and are not reachable by phone. Do not waste your time with this company.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Bo-ha, and I must say it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. My expectations were high, but they were quickly shattered as I encountered one disappointment after another.

To begin with, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unattentive, leaving me waiting for an eternity before even acknowledging my presence. Once I finally managed to place my order, the waiting game continued. The food took an excruciatingly long time to arrive, leaving me starving and frustrated.
