I ordered pendents on May 12 and still have not received on July 15. Limited to no update from Bo-Ha customer support. Shipping is a complete fiasco and they can't track when the order is shipped or when you will receive. Seems like most items need to clear customs. Also sent back 2 items for a refund and that hasn't been processed for over a month. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Bo-Ha. Use Wayfair, Lumens, AllModern, etc. that has legitimate supplier relationships, tracking and product availability.

Bo-Ha Studio LLC is a complete disappointment. I had a terrible experience dealing with them. Their customer service is atrocious, and their work quality is subpar at best. I paid for a service and got nothing close to what I expected. I regret ever doing business with them. Avoid Bo-Ha Studio LLC if you want a headache-free experience.

The store was filled of unique product, the staff were helpful and friendly when i had questions. I was able to schedule a delivery for a product that wasn't in store and found this to be very easy. Overall, i love Bo-ha and it had very good customer service and a lovely store.

Affordable price and prompt delivery but with few instructions on use and customer services offering best help at all. As a result the lighting adapters can be used long time.

I ordered a couple of wall sconces from BO-HA in March of 2023. In April 2023, I decided to return them for a refund within the 30-day return policy. It took me around 6 emails to customer service before I was finally given an address to return them to. I paid approximately $25 to send them UPS and they were tracked and signed for. Since then, I have been ghosted by STEPH at BO-HA customer service and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I don't believe I will be getting my $189.00 back.
