I found the Bo-ha shopping and ordering experience easy and the selection of lights on offer was just what I was searching for. I was able to order all my various requirements at one visit.

These Livis are perfect in my stairwell. They are cute glowing globes which give good light. Gives much more light than photo shows. Lights up my stairwell.

I ordered 2 x Amalia wall sconces and guess what? If you purchase here, not only will they take your money and sell you something that can't even be legally installed, but they won't even get back to you. Their product descriptions about being able to be installed around the world are fraudulent lies! These products ARE NOT UP TO CODE AND WILL VOID YOUR INSURANCE IF THERE IS A FIRE. Our electrician flat-out refused to install them as they do not have the proper certifications. :( These products are straight from China - LHT Express (HK) Lighting - (see pics) and do not meet Canadian CSA code. They are NOT in LA as they say. Out of pocket $300+ CAD and not so much as a response, despite emails and leaving a message. Scoundrels! It would be better to throw your money away at a casino guys, these guys are more thumbs down than I have on my hands. :( :( Wish I could leave a minus 10 stars review... I feel so super swindled...ZERO customer service, you will just get an automated reply every time you email them. AVOID! All they had to do was respond, facilitate my return and refund me. Now filing with Visa for a refund/chargeback since what they claim on their website is fraudulent, and they are completely ignoring my emails requesting how to return the items, and asking them to pay for and send me a return shipping label. PS - if you return something, you have to pay for it yourself, even if they sold you something fraudulently making false claims. And then, (if you read other reviews), you will be even more out of pocket with return shipping costs and likely never, ever get your money back...

I purchased sconces - my electrician would not install them because they were not properly certified - I paid to return them and Bo-ha will NOT refund my money. Bo-ha are thieves!

The lights are simple to assemble and install. Although the length can be changed, we have ours hanging completely down.
