I was very pleased with my order. The blanket reminds me of my Grandmother's blankets/quilts she use to make for us in her living room area. The fabric is so comfortable and washes and drys absolutely beautiful. I have used it everyday and night. Thanks and God Bless!

I would like to give a good review and I would... IF... I ever receive the rest if my order! It was sad at Our Christmas to have blankets for our Son and Daughter In Law and no gift for our other two Daughter's even though the money was taken... We are still waiting Janurary 20th. I ordered both my blankets at the same time in November, 3 weeks later I had to email to see where they were. They just barely got one to me before Christmas, the other didn't get here until after New Years. They were ordered in the same transaction. They're not very good quality for the money and they ship it from China. I will never use this company again. American made is the only way to go.

It's nice to look at. It was much thinner then I expected (I expected comforter thickness -my mistake). I feel the price was too high. If I would of been able to see the product in a store I would not of spent that much money. I was happy with customer service as I missed the discount coupon but they still refunded the discount to my CC.

SHIPPING - Ordered the "quilt" on Dec 7th. Received it today, January 19th. So, it took an incredibly long time to get the item.
DELIVERY - Package was left out in the rain, across the street from my house, leaning up against the mailbox. (I have a covered front and back porch with the house # clearly on the front of the house.) No reason for it to be left out in the weather and easy to be stolen.
QUALITY - the product is simply 2 pieces of fabric with a very thin batting (maybe just a lining, not sure) (super thin) with crisscross machine stitching. I'm very disappointed for the price.
SIZE - it is the smallest king size I've seen yet, doesn't allow proper overhang if you pull it over the pillows. (see pictures) If it's a king size it must be meeting the very minimum measurement required to be considered a king size.
RETURN - I haven't even tried yet, I'm still shell shocked at the low quality, high price, slow shipping, and pathetic delivery. I'm not sure it's worth the effort it will take to return my most disappointing purchase of 2020.
Not sure what to do with it. It would be too embarrassing to give away as a gift. Maybe I will take it apart and make a real quilt out of it, with a nice extra border and double batting to turn it into something I am proud to display.

I was disappointed in my 'queen size quilt' because I did not read the size measurements. I also expected it to be a quilt & so expected it to be thicker & not just a quilted stich. Otherwise, the picture is beautiful so I like how it looks.

I ordered my item on December 8th, 2020 in hopes of getting the item in time by Christmas, I paid for expedited shipping, the company lists an address from Texas. To my amazement, the items are shipped from China, not only did it not come in time, they sent me the wrong item. It is January 19th, and I have yet to receive my original item I paid expedited shipping for! Horrible company, they will do nothing to compensate for their mistakes!

First I didn't hear from them if they received my order. 5 days later, I got a confirmation. Then my credit card was charged for 2,2 days apart. I didn't order 2. I had gone back on the site to see why I hadn't received a confirmation email but I didn't order again. Then 5 days later my credit card was charged for 2. Then finally I received an email that my order was being shipped. Which was 2 WEEKS after my card was charged. (No indication that there was 2 quilts in it.) That was early December. The Monday before Christmas, still no item & I still hadn't received a tracking #. I received an email from customer service that it was in NJ. Dec. 26 it finally arrived and there were 2 quilts in it.
It is now January 18th and still no credit on card. I gave the one quilt to my grandson & he as thrilled but the other is still shrink wrapped waiting for something to happen. I was offered a 30% refund. NOT acceptable. Just give me a return label and a credit that's all I'm asking. Last week I emailed them again and still no response hence this negative review. By the way the quilt is thin as expected but seems to be made ok, I don't feel like it will fall apart.

I ordered a King size blanket for my wife for Christmas, yet never received the item I paid good money for. The tracking number says it was delivered by noon on Christmas Eve day yet it wasn't and I've talked with the post office worker that delivers in my area. I've contacted customer service and haven't had any help to either get a refund and or compensation for the same item I ordered that never came. $109's and change wasted on something that was meant to be a great gift for my wife.
