With the world having so many problems with international post/travel I ddin't expect to see my blankets for months but they turned up very promptly. I was emailed progress reports. The blankets are very well made. The print/pattern on the front is not great but my blankets are King Sized so maybe a little too big for a good reproduction. For the price, I would have to say pretty good value for money and very professional company to deal with.
Very nice company the people who runs this is so very nice. The bedspread is nice. Love the print. Looks great.

First the product is nice, the price not bad, worth all of the trouble and nonexistent customer service? NO! I am so tired of everyone blaming lousy customer service on COVID, how about your are just inept! When you place your order, you will not have any idea where your order is, the tracking will eventually say tracking in the US but even that is a stretch! No one to talk to on the phone, days for an answer to an email, that dame COVID again! This is without the worst customer service I have ever NOT received. You can buy these products elsewhere, you would be better off to do that@! And everything ships from China, I wonder how many starving children it took to make my 3 gifts? NEVER AGAIN!

I made a baseball blanket purchase on 12/5/21 and paid for express 10 days in hoping to receive the item by Christmas for my son. I did not receive until 12/29/21 and it was the wrong blanket. I emailed customer service the very next day to see what could be done to get the correct the item shipped to me. It took another 12 days to hear back and was told I did not need to return the incorrect item, and the correct item would be shipped to me. I responded on 1/15/21 letting the company know that would be great and to notify me when the new shipment was gong out with the correct item. It is now the 24th and I have still not heard anything back about what is going on. At this point, I'm not sure if I will ever receive what I ordered. I'm happy to return the wrong item, but was told that was not necessary and the correct item would be shipped to me. How long is this going to take? Terrible response time and customer service.

I ordered a blanket for my wife for Christmas, they sent me a proof of my order and it was incorrect so I contacted them and they said it would cost me an additional ten dollars to correct their mistake. I paid the additional ten dollars when I finally received my product three weeks after Christmas a total of six weeks to receive it, they never corrected the mistake but did charge me the ten dollars. I contacted them and they asked if I would like another product or my money back, I said I would like my money back and please send me a return label and I would send back the incorrect product. I have never heard from them again.

They said that I needed to show proof "LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW", so here it is notice that my name is under the woman and my wife's name is under the man. They charged me ten dollars to correct this (Their Mistake) and never corrected it but they made sure they charged the ten extra dollars. "Do not do business with this company you will be sorry if you do. They are RIP-OFF Business.

First off your support team was helpful. I have not gotten my order it has not been delivered I have no idea where it is. I have used the tracking information that was given to me but my order is lost in the mail someplace. I am very displeased with my order.

There was nothing on the website about the quilts being made and shipped from China. I thought I was purchasing from a U.S. company. The actual quilts are quite thin, though they are very pretty. I'm not sure how they will hold up with use. Also, I feel the cost of the quilts should be much lower due to the fact they are made in China. I would have given a higher rating if you were more upfront and stated that the quilts are made and shipped from China.

I ordered my husband a blanket for C'mas, it came on the exact date they gave me & it is large and VERY SOFT! It is definitely worth what I paid for it. Which really wasn't that much. Especially for what we got! My husband ABSOLUTELY LOVES it and so do I!

Overall good product, was not happy that one of the quilts arrived Christmas Eve. I bought it so it could be used before Christmas and it was a Christmas gift for a family member. I suggest to anyone buy it months in advance.

I'm disappointed in this quilt. Yes, it was inexpensive and it shows! When I ordered from the site picture, I couldn't see the binding. Quilt arrived, primary color is navy but the quilt is bound in white—just looks bad!
Order took a long time to arrive, in fact, by the time it arrived I had almost forgotten about ordering it! It's for a 4 year old boy so likely he won't care! Probably won't order here again!
