I accidentally put the wrong number in my address and realized it as soon as I ordered. Even though it was not the company's error, they helped me. When it didn't ship again, again they helped. My husband loves his quilt.
Took ages to make a decision as I wanted the perfect quilt. The quilt took weeks to be delivered and when it arrived I couldn't have been more disappointed. The quality is very poor and it just looks tacky. Complained to Block of Gear and they keep emailing saying they'll get back to me but then nothing. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

Very good experience. I was worried because i am a procrastinator, that i wouldnt bet my oder on time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my gift in the time they told me. And everything was the proper size. Very happy with my choice to buy through this company

Everyone has loved their quilts. They were all purchased with their likes or personalities I have bought four and plan to purchase even more for my family. I have 6 children, 17 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. They make great keepsakes!

Poor quality, seems all over the throw. Not a comforter. It is a packaging blanket. We both two for $89.95 each for Christmas for my two boys. The advertisement picture is very misleading. Company will not let items to be returned for a refund.

Quilt is beautiful but I will probably not order from this company due to how long it took to receive the quilt and also not responding in a timely matter to my many emails. Block Of Gear needs to but a telephone number on their website to contact them when there is a problem. It's a shame this company does not have good customer service as their product is good.

It was a gift for my son who has a boxer loves it. Lists facts, history and information about boxers. I love it too. Seller very communicative and was willing to send another one as the first one had two words misspelled. Would recommend Block of Gear for their professionalism and courtesy as well. They aim to please their customers.

I ordered a blanket personalized for my son and one for my daughter in law. They are so beautiful and so soft and cuddly. They love them to snuggle up on the couch and watch tv! Very good quality.

White stitching all over a brown horse. Nothing like the advertised pictures. Extremely thin. Too small bought a twin does not come close to fitting a twin size bed. Paid $89 contacted them several times sent them pics they offered to refund 15%? Will not refun my money POS company

I ordered the Vietnam quilt on Dec. 4. I paid an extra $20 for fast shipping. Way after Christmas I received the wrong one, and guess where it was shipped from? CHINA. Yes they say they are an American company, false advertising. I e-mailed many times only to be told my e-mail was being forwarded to customer service. I heard nothing. There is no phone number to call... because they are in CHINA. Finally someone asked me to send them photos of the wrong quilt I received. I did so... then heard nothing. I explained to them I wanted the correct one sent overnight because it was going to my cousin who was in Hospice and I wanted to be sure he was able to get it before he passed. I heard nothing and I am so sad to say my cousin passed before I was able to give it to him. This wrong quilt I received was so thin, it is like 2 pieces of fabric sewn together without any stuffing. Not worth your time ordering from this China company, I am contacting the BBB and all the other reviewers should do the same.

I understand the covid19 was going on but a friendly tracking number or text would have been nice... didn't receive until after Christmas when I live about 15 miles away in North Texas... 4 weeks after ordering. I love it. Just would have been nice to know something

I paid for faster shipping and it still took over a month to get to me. Then I received it late and was upset with the quality of the comforter set I purchased definitely not worth over $100.00

When I first opened the package I thought that the quilt seemed rather thin and wouldn't be very warm. Boy was I wrong. As I found out that night that I had gotten the best quilt that I'd had in a VERY long time. It is so GREAT and is so nice and warm and cozy. It a very well made and I have yet to find any that compares to it. These are made by people that care about quality. I plan on buying a blanket and I have no doubt that it is equally well made. I LOVE the German Shepherd ones. The pictures are so real looking. They look exactly like our German Shepherd Radar did. If you want a memory of your furry family member this is the thing to get. IT.IS WONDERFUL!
