Hi, the online shopping experience is pleasant. However, I think the shipping needs improvements. The regular shipping is too slow, I waited about 2 weeks to get my order. Amazon is much much more faster. So if you want to compete with Amazon, improving shipping speed would be the most desired service for your customers.

I ordered a Pack-n-Play for my visiting grand daughter. It came two days faster than expected which was perfect for allowing me time to set it up before her visit. A quality product for a reasonable price.
The ceiling fan arrived ahead of schedule which was great. However, after we attached to the ceiling, we realized the LED bulbs were not included as stated on the box. I had to purchase bulbs at the store. I contacted customer service via email to request reimbursement and received a reply within 24 hours. I was offered a free return or $20 credit on my charge card. I responded asking for the credit and received an immediate response that I would be credited. I was shocked that I didn't have to prove the box said bulbs included, that I actually received a response in 24 hours, and that I received my credit so quickly. I haven't seen such great customer service in many years! Fantastic job!
I received most of the items offered in a very timely manner, and they were in excellent condition. I have to praise the customer service representative for her professionalism and quick response in dealing with some miscommunication caused by UPS delivery person. All problems were resolved in less than an hour after notifying Blinq customer service. Thanks again for your help

If I have a question, there's a box, present at all times in each product I view to sent my question to. And sometimes I do, need to, and do get a fast response... so hey. They are quality presencing for the customer. (yea look that one up!)
I really could use a good pair of rain boots and some I saw were way too overpriced and simply were not my style or color I was looking for. So comes now these gray boots which were a great buy -$10.99. I live in New York and nothing is available at that price. So when I got them really I thought they looked cool. Plus they're not heavy wearing them. Light and practical, grey goes with everything. I will remembet BLINQ when I can use another pair.
My computer arrived in very good condition. There was absolutely no bloatware, making this clean and very fast. Other retailers have sold me refurbished junk; this is very high quality.

I have tried blinq couple of time and am quite satisfied with the products and service, fast shipping.The gently used iPhone6 was in excellent condition and could have easily passed for a brand new device, except for a tiny scratch in the back, which is no longer visible with using a case. It is always a bit of a nervous situation to purchase an "open box" or used item - as what one person callls "like new" might be "quite used" to another. Answer: BUYER BEWARE... 30 DAYS ONLY! After contacting Samsung, I found my tablet was OVER THREE YEARS OLD and had NO WARRANTY left. So be very careful with Blinq's Customer Rep Karen's comment "there MAY be additional warranty from manufacturer". I ate the cost of the non-functional tablet. Yes the tablet looked like new, felt like new... but most importantly... did NOT function like new. In fact, it would not hold a charge, so would not WORK AT ALL. So, if function is important to you, I offer this advice; BUYER BEWARE!
