I returned an order and you received it on May 1. I have yet to received my refund and it is the 13th. The return said 1-2 business days.

can the cameras be powered by another source other than batteries? My current ones use a small cell phone charger and the batteries are only as backup

Why only 30 day warranty on electronics? Because everything refurbished from your website craps out in a matter of months , if BLINQ really wanted to provide proper device offer a 60-90 day warranty, if blinq does actually stand behind the products they sell, some ripping people of with defective merchandise
Love your website. I live in Chile. Are your cells I-cloud-free, unlocked and ready to be used in Chile and any bordering countries? Are they all open-box or repackaged... what about original accessories?... any item in original box? Do you ship to Chile? I have a client list and intend to resell your bargain items...
