Terrible experience. I had placed an order at 6:45pm they showed order was placed at restaurant at 6:51pm with estimated delivery time of 7:40pm. We had ordered 4 racks of ribs, at 7:20 pm they called to say that there were only 2 racks available so we had to substitute the part of the order. Then at 7:40 I called the restaurant and they said now there was only 1 rack left because Bite Squad was taking too long getting back to them and they had been holding the food for over 15 min. I contacted Bite Squad and they were not helpful, and seem annoyed with us? By this time it was almost 8pm so we cancelled the order. Their communication was horrible. The restaurant said they have had this issue with them a lot because they are so slow to respond. I was trying to feed friends whos child has been in the hospital for several surgeries in ICU. I had to go drive up there, pick up food and I couldn't get food to them until 9pm because of this.

GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION
December 13, 2017

Despite having to go through a phone app to place my order, I found it easy and exactly as ordered! No waiting on hold or Having to repeat my order because the person on the other the phone did not hear or understand me. The pizza... OUTSTANDING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY- I am Italian and raised in my familys restaurants so I am delighted to have this gem in my neighborhood!

I have used Bite Squad a few times without issues, but the last 2 times I have used them, my food never arrived and I have had to argue with them to refund our card. Just not worth the hassle.

Bite squad asking for personally identifiable information. So, my wife and I decided we wanted Mexican food for dinner tonight. I open the bite squad app to order food like we've done before a number of times in order to nice plates from a local Mexican restaurant. Shorttly thereafter I check on the status of my order and it says cancelled. There is an option to "re-order", so I do. As I'm looking at the app it says "canceled" again. So I choose to re-order again and it canceled once again. So I called the restaurant directly and they said they never got my order. So I start texting with bite squad and informed that they want a copy of my drivers license and my credit card in the form of a picture sent to them. What fool would do that? Where would those pictures and that information end up? I can't imagine a better case for financial insecurity than complying with this demand. In all of my years of using a credit card and ordering food or Amazon products etc. I've never had a single company ask for this. I am so mad at the thinly veiled apologies about "my security" and needing this to unlock my account or some other bull$#*!. Definitely the last time I ever use this company and I'm going to make sure and tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. I've repeatedly asked them to have a manager called me and they refuse. Go elsewhere for your food delivery.

I was very hesitant to use this service because I wasnt sure how it worked. To save time on lunch for work I used Bite Squad. IT IS AN AWESOME AMAZING COMPANY! The restaurant was good and the delivery was crazy fast and perfect! I will absolutely use Bite Squad again and again and again...

ALWAYS late. And not by 5-10 minutes--usually at least 30 minutes. Additionally, the orders are FREQUENTLY INCORRECT. I understand that mistakes happen, but it happens enough that you should never get your hopes up that you will actually get what you ordered. You can trust them to be late, though.

Finally, lets talk about their TERRIBLE customer service (if I could write this review in all caps, I would, but I fear it would lose its impact). Bitesquad needs to do total refunds if they mess an order up badly enough. Once, my order came over hour late, and the driver had accidentally grabbed someone else's order. When I called in, they offered me $5---I had to fight tooth & nail to get only the item refunded (which still left me paying $11 for something I didn't order). Once, when I called in to complain, they accused me of calling in too much to complain! Like it was MY fault that they were screwing up all my orders! In my industry, if I sent my client something they didn't want, and it was late, I would be lucky to get paid at all.

I would not recommend using BiteSquad. My card got hacked and they did nothing. They did nothing, and had no customer service call. I would never use this service again.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service. Our food was never delivered and nothing was offered to remedy the issue. We ordered food through Bite Squad and the driver called us from the restaurant to ask what we wanted to do because they were out of milk. We told them we didn't need the drink, it was fine, the driver said okay and he was on his way (5 minutes away). 20 minutes later we got notification the order was delivered, it was never delivered. We contacted the online support chat, which is the only option for customer service (no phone number available). They told us they could not get ahold of the driver, we asked to talk to a manager and they "didn't answer" either. We were offered redelivery or a refund. We requested redelivery (which they would not expedite). We were they told, at no surprise, that the restaurant "didn't answer" so they could not redeliver. They then told us they were refunding the money and it would be in our account in 5 days. We ended up having to call the restaurant ourselves (who answered immediately) to order the food and pick it up ourselves. I have read so many bad reviews but thought I would try it out anyway. I would not recommend using Bite Squad to anyone. If zero stars was an option it would have been chosen.
