Food was hot, good, and on time, and friendly driver. I travel 48 weeks out of the year and I use lots and lots of delivery services. This was my first time using BiteSquad... I had never heard of it before. I'm very satisfied and will use next time I have to be in Bentonville, AR. Where else in the country are you? I travel in OH, IN, IL, MO, TX, WA, NJ, CA, OR, AZ, FL, GA, UT, KS.
I used Bite Squad for the very first time because a friend gave me a gift certificate. I ordered MOTHER'S DAY dinner and DID receive a confirmation of the order. I didn't receive any further emails. On Mother's Day, at the time we were supposed to receive delivery, I clicked on Track and saw that the order was CANCELLED! So, here we were, expecting a nice dinner and... NOTHING! What a happy Mother's Day for the 3 mothers at our dinner! Very disappointed and if it weren't for the gift certificate that I STILL have to use because I am NOT going to let them have that money for nothing, I would never order them again! They need to let us know as soon as they cancel an order so we can make other arrangements! I have been telling everyone, today, what happened and not to use this service with the outrageous hidden service fees! They have more hidden fees than my cell phone bill! EXTREMELY unhappy customer!
Bute squad ruined what was planned to be an evening with a movie and our fab Thai delivery. Paid for Good, delivery and tip and waited over an hour to get someone else's food
This time around, service was quick and accurate. In previous orders we waited over 1 1/2 hours for food due to orders which were mixed up. This time we got our food in less than 40 minutes.
We have just begun using this company, (twice now) and the delivery was very quick, and the drivers, very courteous. We will use them from now on, as they are far superior to others in this business!

Bite Squad continues to disappoint. Always later than expected. This last time I received the wrong order. Called the restaurant who admitted it was wrong but couldn't do anything since it was ordered thru Bite Squad. I got on the app and went thru live chat. I was told that I could be refunded for the wrong food only. That left me with $11 worth booking fees and tips fries and beans. There is no point in having the fries and beans if you don't have the meat to go with them. I called the customer service number where they told me they would refund the wrong item and the drivers tip but not the booking fee. Why would i want to pay a booking fee when you brought me the wrong order? At this point I'm starting to get a little frustrated so I tell them i want a complete refund on the entire order. I was called a "$#*!er" and hung up on. I called back to talk to a manager and the manager said i'm sorry you were talked to like that. We will give you a $5 credit on your Bite Squad account. $5 holy crap! That makes it all better! Maybe I can get some more fries! Last time I ordered thru them the delivery tracker said the customer was sitting at the restaurant waiting to pick up the order. 45 minutes later I call the restaurant and they tell me they haven't seen a bite squad driver all night. This place is a scam. I don't suggest using it.
I couldn't be happier with the service. Delivery was right on time, food was great, driver was professional and friendly. I definitely will use Bite Squad again. Thank you!

Love the service, especially the text letting me know when your driver is close, from a safety standpoint it helps when my doorbell rings I know who it is. Food is always hot and drivers polite.
Showed up very quickly... food was still hot... I was ableto watch every step from food being prepared, picked up, and delivered... every step guys... great service... if the restaurant u just love doesn't deliver CALL BITE SQUAD... if u simply don't feel like driving CALL BITE SQUAD... if u don't have a car CALL BITE SQUAD
My order was correct and delivered quickly, and it was delicious! I love the tracker, and I'm glad that BiteSquad is available to delver for restaurants that don't usually have a delivery service.
It was still slow af and the food was cold but it wasnt 2 hours like last time. Way to go. Its great to be able to order food from various restaurants.

I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CANCEL/ EDIT MY CARD INFO. IT SEEMS ONCE YOU PUT IT IN, YOU HAVE ZERO CONTROL OF DELETING IT, THEREFOR YOU WILL GET CHARGED AFTER REQUESTING TO CANCEL... I HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF... WHEN I AM OFF WORK, THE HUMANS SEEM TO BE UNAVAILABLE TO RESPOND. THEY LOST MY TRUST.
I enjoyed using the website and having access to the map while waiting for my delivery. I thought my total price was a little high ($14 for a $7 sandwich and side) but overall, a nice experience
Someone hacked my account and BiteSquad wouldn't refund the $118 charge. They placed two orders which totaled $118. BiteSquad told me to file a police report.
Enjoyed our first experience with BiteSquad. The pizza arrived piping hot and it was great to be able to track the order online. The delivery woman was friendly and kind. Will use BiteSquad again.
At my office, we are great fans of Bite Squad. We only have 30 minutes for lunch and Bite Squad lets us eat great meals without all the travel and waiting!
We order at least 2 times a week. The food is always hot and the orders are always correct. It is a breeze to use and I highly recommend it if you want to avoid the lunch time traffic!
